Solid 8/10 choice: nothing to remember forever, but nothing to regret either.
Pros:

Classic Swiss main house with a certain charm that feels more old-school than modern. Rooms are simple but functional, everything works as it should, and it’s clean. Location is practical if you need Montreux but don’t want to be in the middle of the tourist crowd.

Cons:

Don’t expect luxury or design fireworks - this is straightforward hospitality. Overall, a solid 8/10 choice: nothing to remember forever, but nothing to regret either.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir haben auf der Rückreise aus Frankreich für eine Nacht im Hotel de Chailly übernachtet. Die Lage ist optimal und sehr gut zu finden. Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Wir sind Samstagabend angekommen. Da die Rezeption am Wochenende nicht besetzt ist, haben wir vorab per Mail den Code für die Eingangstür erhalten und selbst an der Rezeption über das Tablet des Hotel eingecheckt, was alles reibungslos funktionierte. Die Betten sind bequem, Zimmer und Bad sind sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Das Frühstück war wie erwartet sehr gut, zu empfehlen ist die selbstgemachte Marmelade und der Café Crema. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und ausgesprochen Service orientiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Propreté, confort, buffet petit déjeuner A-1, gentillesse du personnel. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable. Excellent buffet au petit déjeuner. À deux pas du transport en commun qui nous amène au centre de Montreux en 10 minutes. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute de nos demandes.

Cons:

Pourquoi n’avez vous pas de moustiquaires en Europe? Les fenêtres doivent être ouvertes car il n’y a pas d’air climatisé. Réaction d’un canadien qui déteste les moustiques!!!!

Pros:

Gyönyörű helyen, egy út mellett van a szálloda, de nagyon jól szigetelt ablakok vannak, semmit nem hallani a kinti forgalomból. Szép, tiszta szoba, modern fürdőszoba és kényelmes ágy. A reggeli is kiváló volt. A szálloda fent van egy dombon, 10 perces buszútra a piactértől, de mivel Montreux kártyával ingyenes a tömegközlekedés, ezért nagyon kényelmes volt. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek.

Pros:

Personeel heel vriendelijk, ontbijt super lekker, kamer voldoende ruim en proper. We kregen een Montreux pass, wat handig was voor het openbaar vervoer. Bus stopt ook letterlijk voor het hotel dus heel makkelijk

Cons:

Er was geen airco in de kamer en dit viel erg tegen met de warme temperaturen. We hadden geen andere keuze dan het raam open zetten, maar gezien de drukke straat moesten we hierdoor heel de nacht in heus lawaai slapen. We zijn meermaals wakker geworden door de hitte en het geluid.

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a very good selection for breakfast.
