Nos gustó la atención del personal, las instalaciones que eran variadas y todas en perfecto estado y limpias. Los músicos en las noches en el bar lindísimo.

Todo nos gustó. Si tengo que poner algo.. es que el ascensor que lleva al estacionamiento estaba malogrado y yo tengo un problema en las rodillas y me costaba bajar y subir.

We wanted a drop and flop hotel and location for a two week summer holiday and it delivered this in spades. Excellent hotel.
Clean, very spacious, directly on a fabulous beach. Food great, service very good, decent rooms, great views (room 3117), peaceful, very pleasant bar area, two large pools, no sunbed hassle,nice evening walks, dinner served until 10.30pm and mainly Spanish & German tourists - which works for us.
WiFi was a bit wobbly but, I am picking minor faults.
We took a bus and train into Cadiz twice which was a doddle anda good exerience. It is a 20 min walk to the centre of the resort and 10 mins to the nearest supermarket.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the beach – Playa de la Barrosa. You can make use of the outdoor swimming pools with free sun loungers, and you don’t have to go far for drinks as each pool has its own bar. The local cuisine is of a high standard; breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, offering a varied selection of fresh local produce. The staff are friendly and cheerful, speak several languages fluently, and are always happy to help. The rooms are well-equipped, with high-quality mattresses, and are always kept spotlessly clean. Ideal for a family holiday.

El personal, su trato es excelente. Además de las instalaciones y la ubicación. El buffet completísimo y de calidad.
Las camas, son algo pequeñas.
El spa estaba muy bien y la comida espectacular.
Un 10 para Marina del spa por su atención y otro 10 para Antonio y Fina de la sala/comedor del restaurante.
Destaco también, a los camareros del restaurante Poniente por su excelente atención.
La atención de recepción no fue la esperada.
