EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

El personal, todo, encantadores y atentos. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre y nos pusieron champán en la habitación y una tarta en el restaurante para que soplara las velas.
Las instalaciones super bien, al hotel no le falta un detalle.
Pero sin lugar a dudas mi parte favorita fue el buffet, increíble la calidad de todo lo que ofrecen, muy bien organizado y exquisito.

Pros:

La habitación es amplia, con balcón grande. Me gustó mucho el acceso privado a la playa y en general el ambiente "tropical" del hotel. He tenido necesidades específicas y el personal las supo atender de maravilla. Incluso, me han cobrado por error dos veces ( error del sistema nuevo) yo no me di cuenta y ellos se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me abonaron el pago demás.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy grande, demasiado grande, lo cual es chulo pero desplazarse internamente se hace cansado ej. Ir de la habitación al restaurante o de recepción/entrada a la habitación es un tramo considerable. Por poner una pega eh! Aún así lo recomiendo 100%

Bel hôtel proche plage
Pros:

Grand hôtel avec jardin, 2 belles piscines, piscine intérieure agréable et déserte en ce début de printemps.
Accès facile à la très belle plage en traversant une dune et chemin balisé en bois. Plage publique avec sable fin et Beaucoup d'espace.
petit déjeuner varié avec smoothie, très bon croissant.
Personnel souriant et attentionné.
Grande chambre avec terrasse, déco un peu datée.

Cons:

Grosse déception pour le dîner qu'on nous propose a 36€ p/p. De la quantité mais pas de qualité, les plats tièdes et surtout peu de plats locaux. Des steaks hachés au rigatonis en passant par du bourguignon, on s'attend a mieux dans un 4 étoiles.
Addition a plus de 80€ pour 2, on s'est plaint au manager qui a fait le job puisque le lendemain nous avons été invités.
Donc rien a dire au niveau commercial, ils ont envie de satisfaire leur clientèle surtout hors saison quand l'hôtel est quasiment vide.
Parking hyper cher, pas de problème pour se garer en extérieur en ce début de printemps.

Excelente trato y ubicación
Pros:

El hotel está enfrente de la playa y las vistas desde mi habitación eran maravillosas. Todos los jardines están cuidados y la vegetación es exuberante. El mobiliario es precioso y está cuidado. Hay 2 salas con sofás para ver unas televisiones enormes o para jugar. Tiene gimnasio, spa, piscina climatizada y todo tipo de servicios de belleza. La piscina exterior está rodeada de camas balinesas y hamacas súper cómodas y siempre hay un socorrista. El acceso a la playa es muy cómodo por una pasarela de madera. Por estar empezando la temporada, solo había un restaurante abierto para la media pensión y uno de carta, pero hay muchos más. El desayuno es espectacular. Hay 2 show cooking donde te preparan huevos, tortillas, crepes y todo tipo de acompañamientos. Y para las cenas también 2 parrillas donde podías elegir entre varios tipos de pescados y carnes, todo tipo de ensaladas, guisos, verduras… Mención especial se merece el personal del hotel que es todo servicial y encantador. Todos te sonríen y te tratan con amabilidad intentando que tu estancia sea estupenda. Me trajeron una botella de vino dulce de naranja el día anterior a mi salida para agradecerme la estancia. Esos detalles son los que hacen que quieras volver.
