Desayuno excelente. Ubicación del habitación buena. Y el servicio del chiringuito VAVA estupendo. Digno de mencionar la atención de la srta. VERO,

Intentar poner una música poco apropiada y volumen para descansar en las hamacas de VAVA, ya que siempre ha tenido precisamente una música muy agradable. Tras una queja de clientes la modificaron tanto en temas como horario

Excelentes vacaciones
Pros:

Excelente experiencia. El hotel cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, instalaciones estupendas, buffet rico y variado, limpieza de las habitaciones y espectáculos nocturnos muy entretenidos y elaborados, se nota que el equipo de animación le gusta su trabajo y hacen una labor excelente. Muchas gracias al hotel por los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros, las chicas del spa una maravilla también. Se merece la valoración que tiene.

Pros:

La camera vista mare è stupenda, l'hotel è grande per i miei gusti , ma è un giudizio personale. Ottima colazione. Parcheggio non facile , ma ampia disponibilità. Spiaggia un po' distaccata ma molto bella e ben servita.

Sehr schöne Anlage für ein paar Tage Erholung
Pros:

Wir waren am Anfang etwas geschockt von der Größe der Anlage. Es verläuft sich aber sehr gut und man findet auch am Pool immer freie Liegen. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze und beim Frühstück kommt sehr schnell das Gefühl von Massenabfertigung. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen.

An enjoyable stay with great service.
Pros:

On arrival the staff impressed during the checkin process, immediately responding to all our questions and requests. The hotel is (at least to me) very large, but the public areas are nicely appointed and there are plenty of sitting areas, with several nice bars. The bar staff were great, my partner can't do dairy and the staff were always able to source alternative milks.

Cons:

Breakfast is buffet style, and was for the most part OK but there were a few instances where the hot food wasn't and some of the alternatives milks were 'off' - the staff did respond to this quickly. Quite a lot of the food wasn't labeled, so we had to search out staff to confirm what we were eating. Also, while there was free parking available, it did get busy which meant we did have to search around the car park for a space - not really an issue just something to be aware of.
