Pros:

reception too rigid on security deposit despite knowing that the booking is done by a local with all valid documents and proof

Cons:

the refund of security amount is not done yet despite having all formalities fulfilled . very bad customer service and overall customer experience is negative

Excellent room with new furniture and a kid-friendly environment. One of the best places for a family staycation
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Holiday Villa Hotel. The room 9229 was comfortable and well maintained, the swimming pool was great, and the kids really enjoyed the indoor playground. The restaurant was also excellent, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Last but not least, the housekeeping staff are very trustworthy. I accidentally left my tablet in the room after checking out, but they kept it safe for me. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Thank you so much.

Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a family stay, and we would be happy to come back again.
