Fit for purpose. If you plan to go out of the room most of the time, you might be able to tolerate the hotel mediocrity.
Pros:

The staffs are friendly.

Cons:

Rooms need upgrade and pest control. There are cockroaches in the apartments. Some of the rooms / apartments are in buildings separated from the main lobby, restaurants, swimming pool and other amenities, which you have to walk out via the road or via the basement. Upon Check-out, inspection needs to be done before they can release the deposit, and it took more than 15 minutes of wait. Breakfast buffet spread does not have much variety.

Very bad rooms very dirty…and i found sucks and shose not for us in the room…they don’t have valet and very bad and not secure parking…the catile in the room is broken… the baby beds very bad and soooo cheap, the bathroom not clean….i will never ever go there even if it free

It’s good and great.
Pros:

The room, wide for short program and 201 is quiet nice because it’s ground floor only

Cons:

The bed should be 2 beds in 1 room because it is wide room so more accommodated people are feeling relax.

Pros:

reception too rigid on security deposit despite knowing that the booking is done by a local with all valid documents and proof

Cons:

the refund of security amount is not done yet despite having all formalities fulfilled . very bad customer service and overall customer experience is negative
