Miserables Info Management. Man entschuldigte sich, meinte es aber nicht so. Die Nacht war ruhig.
Pros:

Zimmer war erwartungsgemäss ausgestattet und gross, Lage ruhig mit Balkon und Bergsicht.

Cons:

Baustelle im ganzen Hotel!!! Baulärm, Dreck, Umleitungen, Lift gesperrt, Einschränkungen mit Warm-/Kaltwasser und Frühstück nur während 2h möglich. Darüber wurde ich im Voraus nicht informiert. Dreck im Zimmer und überall ausgesteckte Leuchten, bzw. Tablet, das nicht funktionierte.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Betten und die Liegen auf der Terrasse in unserem schön und modern eingerichtetem Zimmer waren super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich sehr freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Der Parkplatz war ebenfalls direkt neben dem Hotel.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Aufgrund des Umbaus vom Hotel hatten wir den Frühstücksraum nicht sofort gefunden. War aber alles gut beschildert.
Die Lage ist gut und nahe beim Eisstadion.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.
Wir mussten in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus parkieren und bezahlten dafür rund CHF 20.- für die Übernachtung.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir unfreundlich empfangen. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel eine offene Baustelle ist – ohne jeglichen Hinweis bei der Buchung. Entsprechend gab es Baustaub und bereits ab 7.00 Uhr morgens erheblichen Lärm.

Für einen Preis von rund Fr. 200 (inkl. Parking) ist das in keiner Weise angemessen. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht überzeugend, und trotz offenbar geringer Auslastung erhielten wir ein ungünstig gelegenes Zimmer.

Insgesamt fehlte es an Transparenz, Bemühungen und Feedback seitens des Hotels. Unter diesen Umständen nicht empfehlenswert.

Sympathique moment en famille
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’accueil du restaurant, les installations et la piscine.

Cons:

Les travaux dans l’hôtel durant notre séjour. On passe dsns un chantier pour rejoindre sa chambre. L’hôtel se DOIT de le communiquer avant de réserver.

Wir erbitten eine Entschädigung!

Leider gar nichts

Cons:

Wir sind in einer Baustelle gelandet! Das Hotel wird über mehrere Etagen renoviert und wir wurden vorher nicht darüber informiert, obwohl unsere Kontaktdaten vorlagen. Es ist im Moment unbewohnbar(4-Sterne-Hotel)!!!

La localisation : hôtel bien situé sur la rue centrale

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception. Très mauvais accueil de la dame (à la limite de la malhonnêteté!). Mauvaise indication pour accéder à la chambre, attribution d'une mauvaise chambre par rapport à ce qui était écrit s/la carte, hôtel en travaux (cela n'était pas spécifié). En revanche, le Monsieur de la réception lors du check-out a été top (cordial, efficace, souriant, sympathique). Tout le contraire de l'accueil !!!
