Pros:

Gute Lage, in Gehdistanz für das Skigebiet Jakobshorn und sonst via ÖV für Parsenn etc. gut erschlossen. Sehr zentral, direkt gegenüber das Parkhaus Arakadien, nähe Après-Ski und Bar.

Cons:

Beide durch uns gebuchte Zimmer stanken nach Rauch. Geht gar nicht. Für ein zusätzliches Frühstück (normales Buffet, nix Spezielles, aber ok) wurden pro Person CHF 38.-- verlangt - was bald schon Wucher ist.

Schönes Weekend in einem guten Hotel.
Pros:

Der Balkon war echt super, Der Lift ist schon ein erlebnis Wert., Bushaltestelle ganz in der nähe, 50m. unf mit der Hotelkarte sogar gratis

Cons:

WC doch sehr sehr eng, sowie sollten die Zimmer mal wieder renoviert werden, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, diese entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Nach unseren Erfahrungen würden wir die Ausstattung und den Standard eher als maximal 3-Sterne-Niveau einstufen.

War ok.
Pros:

Lage, Zimmer und Begrüßung waren sehr gut. Das Parking hat ebenfalls geklappt.

Cons:

Der Frühstückssaal war chaotisch, unaufgeräumt. Vieles hat gefehlt.

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück war gut, essen im Restaurant am 1 Tag hervorragend ( kalbscordon bleu und capuns) am Samstag waren wir nochmals essen und wir waren enttäuscht ( zurchergeschnetzeltes und die scala Rösti.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig allgemein.
Die Wellnesstasche wurde wie verlangt im baddeponiert , die Tücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht
Wasser und kaffeesticks wurden auch nicht ausgetauscht was bei anderen Hotels für den zimmerpreis selbstverständlich ist.
Ein vorhang im Schlafzimmer kaputt und hat Fleckchen, wurde am Empfang gemeldet.
