Jednoduše vše perfektní.
Pros:

Jídlo výborné, personál profesionální a vždy milý. Služby perfektní. Doufám, že budeme mít možnost se zde opět vrátit. Jednoznačně doporučuji.

Pros:

Colazione nella norma, non mancava niente.
S5u nostra richiesta abbiamo cambiato stanza perchè quella che avevamo prenotato era troppo piccola.
Lo staff ci è venuto incontro e abbiamo fatto un cambio con una piccola differenza di prezzo e ne siamo rimasti soddifatti.

Cons:

La cena. Non essendo ancora aperta la cucina dell'albergo, gli ospiti hanno usufruito per la cena di un hotel adiacente che non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative

Das Abendessen an den 5 Tagen war nicht viel wert.Man hat es gegessen um satt zu werden.Es war kein Genuss.Habe anstandshalber aufgegessen. Andere Gäste an den Nachbartischen waren ebenfalls nicht so begeistert, habe komisch geschaut, nicht aufgegessen und zum Teil den halbvollen Teller zurückgegeben.
Tut mir und meiner Tochter leid, dass wir nicht positiver berichten können.

Hotel a 3 stelle che potrebbe meritare una gratifica aggiuntiva. Colazione e cena abbondanti e assortite. Personale molto disponibile e amichevole. Fiore all'occhiello l'area wellness con ampia vasca idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e zona relax che, dopo una giornata sugli sci, è un vero toccasana per rigenerare corpo e mente !
