Un comodín sin lujo pero correcto
Pros:

Ya es la cuarta vez que me quedo en el hotel, es un comodín seguro en portonovo.

Cons:

La poca disponibilidad e empatia de uno de los recepcionistas al ver que la reserva se habia hecho a través de booking y no directamente con ellos. Mejor cuando estaba el señor mayor de gafas..... La poca oferta de aparcamiento del hotel ya que es una odisea aparcar en portonovo....

Pros:

Personal atentisimos,no teníamos plaza de parking ,no había por reservar tarde, pero, nos explicaron donde se podía intentar aparcar y la verdad que muy bien,cosa que en otros hoteles,te dicen no quedan plazas y arreglate como puedas.

Pros:

A localização é excelente. Os quartos são bons, embora o teto seja muito baixo no 3 piso. Equipe é bem solicita. Não contratamos o café da manhã e acabamos por usar a cafeteria com pagamento a pronto.

Cons:

Automação do ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite e ficamos a sentir calor por muitas horas em pleno verão.
