L'espace SPA était mieux avant le changement de propriétaire/gérant. Eau et fruits plus à disposition
Ein gemütliches Hotel mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Schöne Sauna und heimeliger Aufenthaltsraum. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und hell. (Komfort).
Super Lage. Schönes Ambiente und alle sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück absolut OK.
Für das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) zu teuer.
Top Lage, gemütliche Räume
Personal wirkt etwas überfordert und unerfahren.
Perfekte Lage. Toll, dass es im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee gab. Der Hotel eigene Spa ist sehr schön gestaltet, perfekt für eine Erholung nach einem intensiven Skitag. Sehr freundliches Personal.
From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience.
That we had to leave!
Sehr enttäuschend. Wir hatten ein teures Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, bekamen bei später Ankunft wegen eines defekten Sprudelbads ein Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude im ersten Stock ohne Aussicht angeboten. Statt einer empathischen Lösung erfolgte alles sehr schnell und wenig verständnisvoll. Zusätzlich flackerte das Badlicht und bei der Kaffeemaschine fehlten die Löffel. Für diesen Preis nicht angemessen.
