Loved the area, people are lovely. Didn't get what we paid for.

Location is beautiful, complex is lovely.Easy access to buses. very clean.

we were disappointed in the one bedroom family apartment. Travelling as 2 couples, booked exactly the same accommodations. The 2 rooms were not the same.Very deceiving in the photos, they state the categories are all the same for the one bedroom family apartment, that is absolutely not the case. We could hardly get around our bed,the kitchen is basically an alcove, enough for one person. The bathroom was advertised with a tub and shower which we wanted. Very small one person bathroom with shower unit.We went down to reception numerous times to get the same type of room other family member had. Absolutely no luck in this regard. We believe the problem is the hotel caters to short stay clients and cannot accommodate any changes as rooms are booked . We paid alot of money for these accommodations, over $5000.00 canadian for the month. Very disappointed. We did get moved to another room, we could move around the bed and had a lovely view of the ocean, however the room was not comparable to our family members room. Rooms should be categorized based on the actual room set up, not some predetermined measurement of square footage. The room we were moved to was beside an elevator and was noisy, it was also above the restaurant that had entertainment, so music could be heard.
The complex is beautiful, nice pool, great amenities.
Would recommend other accommodations for a long stay vacation due to cost ,
the inconsistency in room descriptions and lack of ability to accommodate what was booked.

El sofa cama estaba roto y tuvimos que llamar para que nos ayudaran a sacarlo. Al abrirlo el protector de colchón estaba sucio, con migas de comida y el colchón manchado.

Cons:

Al llamar a recepción para explicar la situación del sofa la señorita sabia perfectamente el problema antes de yo explicarle por lo que entiendo que todos los sofa camas estan en el mismo estado.
