Important information:

The apartments are cleaned daily, except for the kitchen. Sheets are changed twice a week and towels daily.

Special note: Half Board on the 31 December will be breakfast + lunch."

Every year in winter (from mid-November to the end of March), we carry out minor maintenance and repair work inside the hotel. In winter 2024-2025, we are also scheduled to replace some bathtubs with showers. As always, we will avoid any inconvenience to our esteemed clients as much as possible.

All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Excellent hotel , very busy given its size.
Pros:

Very clean & well maintained. We were upgraded upon arrival which was great and staff were super helpful for me to view rooms first. Our shower door slightly broke ( seal came off ) and was fixed within an hour. The hotel has everything you need, shop, restaurants , pub , entertainment and more.

Cons:

It was noisy between floors , noise from above rooms. However nothing more than other hotels I stayed in.
I stayed on the 13th floor and there was this banging noise at night, it could have been external but I think it may be the lifts or generator or something.

Estancia feliz y tranquila.
Pros:

es el segundo año que repetimos y estamos encantados, las instalaciones, piscina, los trabajadores sobre todo animación y camareros son maravillosos, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa. Muchos de los clientes son guiris y mejor todavía, practicas inglés y encima son majos, vivimos con ellos un partido del mundial contra Francia en la sala de la sexta planta y lo pasamos fenomenal. Muchas gracias por todo, los niños vienen felices.

I would definitely come back there again.

Very helpful and professional staff

Cons:

The only thing I would change is the gym that should be included in the apartment price, but generally it’s not a game changer.

Priporočam in bi se še vrnila.
Pros:

Hrana je zelo okusna, lokacija zelo lepa, prav tako razgled z 12. nadstropja našega apartmaja.
Bližina morja z lepo plažo.
Osebje je zelo prijazno.

Cons:

Samo ena stvar mi ni bila všeč. Gužva na in ob bazenih, predvsem otroci so vsepovprek skakali v bazene. V njih težko plavaš, na trenutke je celo nevarno, da kdo skoči nate. Reševalci na bazenu bi mori biti bolj striktni in bolj opozarjati skakalce v vodo. Tudi rezervacije ležalnikov od jutra niso bila ok.
Mi smo se zato raje kopali v morju.
