Brilliant will be back
Pros:

I have been coming here for about 5 years I love the place the facilities are excellent looking forward to returning in October

Cons:

The only thing I found was the bed was hard not used to that

Stort hotell med stort utbud.
Pros:

Det här är ett lägenhetshotell, så mitt rum var stort eftersom det var tänkt för flera personer. Bra med mikro, spis, kylskåp, vattenkokare mm även om jag inte åt på rummet. Uppskattade gratis träningsaktiviteter varje förmiddag. Välsorterad butik finns på hotellet samt andra tjänster. Stort hotell.

Cons:

Lite dyrt i restaurang och bar och det behövdes en promenad för att ta sig till andra matställen. Nu var det lågsäsong, det är säkert annorlunda andra tider på året.
Mitt rum (sovdelen) var lyhört, det hördes när folk gick i korridoren. Lite lång väntan vid incheckning.

From arrival all through to departure the staff could not do enough for you Facilities excellent Accomodation also

They was maintenance work on pool in mornings Which was noisy 😔 I dont remember being told of same upon booking

Pros:

Vid bokningen bad vi extra om en lägenhet så högt upp som möjligt.Vi hamnade längst ner på bottenvåningen. Vi betalade för havsutsikt, men det var inte mycket hav vi såg. Lägenhet med poolutsikt!!! Urtrist!
Dessutom kunde man inte få musiken som spelades på något lägre nivå..Jag försökte
Vi avstod stundtals vfrån balkongliv p g a förfärlig musik.
Detta var femte och sista gången för oss på Sunset Beach.

Have stayed here many times, it’s a wonderful hotel, which has had recent upgrades. The staff are exceptional. From reception, bar staff, security, apartment staff, and restaurant.

Zajtrk je bil ok, Moti me da je na vseh donatih sladkor in pri večerji celo gumi bonboni ob čokoladni fontani? tega ne vidiš nikjer na svetu celo ne v AMERIKI.

RES PRETIRANO SLADKARIJ - IN V HOTELU NE MOREŠ KREGAT OTROK DA NAJ NE VZAMEJO SLADKARIJ KI SO NA VSAKEM KORAKU - RES 5X PREVEČ SLADKARIJ IN DOSTI PREMALO NORMALNE ZDRAVE HRANE, SEMEN, RECIMO CIA ALI MANDELJEV, LEŠNIKOV, SADAJ MANGO IN PAPAJA KI GA NUDITE TUDI LOKALNO PA ARTIČOKE, RIBE, LIGNJI, HUBOTNICE.....

Cons:

zraven sobe je bila soba za biljard kjer so do 4 zjutraj igrali in se zaradi močnega hrupa ni dalo spati.
Biljar bi moral biti omejen vsaj do 23 h v prostorih ki so v neposredni bližini sob, ker je nemogoče zaspati ob takem hrupu.

Pros:

The rooms were excellent, spacious and clean. The loacation was good for us, being on the sea front was really nice as was the view. We've booked to return in may, looking forward to seeing everything open.

Cons:

We had a couple of rainy days with it being january and had our 3 children with us, but the games/bowling room was shut which was a bit of a disappointment other than that we was happy with everything.
