Perfect
Pros:

Suite magnifique. Hotel fabuleux. La vue sur les montgolfières depuis le jaccuzi extérieur est incroyable. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Et L’equipe très attentionnée.

This hotel is pure perfection! The location is amazing, and the comfort and cleanliness are at the highest level. One of our favorite parts of the stay was waking up early and enjoying the breathtaking view of the hot air balloons filling the sky right above the hotel – a truly magical experience we will never forget.But what makes this place so incredibly special is the heart and soul of the hotel: the staff. Their hospitality is unmatched. Big hugs and compliments to the whole team, but our biggest thanks go to Mert and Fatma. Mert is a wonderful person, and he is the exact reason why we decided to come back to this hotel for the second time!Thank you, Cappadocia Cave Suites, for making us feel so loved and welcome. We will definitely return for a third time!

Stunning hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Stunning location, full terrace view of the hot air balloons. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Short drive to where the balloons take off. Beautiful breakfast spread. Friendly and accommodating staff

Uniquely charming with some room for improvement
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago, and we chose the same chimney room as we had all those years ago. The hotel has undergone some design revisions and added a restaurant since we were last there, and even our room was different with a new entrance and and added terrace, which made for a pleasant sitting area. This is one of the hotels that uses actual cave and chimney elements for some of the rooms, and for that reason it is appealing. The hotel restaurant provided a very tasty and generous breakfast.

Cons:

The tv never worked adequately for our stay. It would function temporarily and then freeze. We asked them to look at it, but it was not repaired and I suspect they do not have an adequate amount of a cable signal for all the rooms of the hotel. The phone in our room also was in a state of disrepair when we checked in, though they did manage to repair that. The other unfortunate feature was the music that was played throughout the evening in their restaurant / lounge area. The volume is unnecessarily loud, and it made getting to sleep difficult. I liked it better years before when there was no noise. It also did not seem like there were people in the restaurant / lounge at night to listen to the music, so one has to winder what is the point? A hotel should focus on providing a restful and comfortable place to stay, and playing music through several speakers is not the way to achieve restfulness for your guests.
This is still a unique property, and our room looked as charming as ever, and the staff were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be, but I hope they will fix their tv situation and get rid of the nightly music.

Brilliant
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, staff were friendly and really helpful. We stayed in a room with a pool and it was exceptional! I would recommend this hotel.

Didn’t want to leave the suite…
Pros:

We stayed one night in the Signature suite for a quick trip into Boreme. I love to travel and this was probably one of my favorite rooms and hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well designed. The outside space/private balcony was the best!! We saw the balloons in the morning and didn’t have to share our space with anyone. Location was perfect to walk to everything within 5-10 min. Breakfast was great, afternoon cocktails at the bar great! Staff was awesome! Big thanks to Ali for being such a great host! Had the most memorable trip and looking forward to visiting again.
