Amazing breakfast, staff were friendly and really helpful. We stayed in a room with a pool and it was exceptional! I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night in the Signature suite for a quick trip into Boreme. I love to travel and this was probably one of my favorite rooms and hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well designed. The outside space/private balcony was the best!! We saw the balloons in the morning and didn’t have to share our space with anyone. Location was perfect to walk to everything within 5-10 min. Breakfast was great, afternoon cocktails at the bar great! Staff was awesome! Big thanks to Ali for being such a great host! Had the most memorable trip and looking forward to visiting again.

De serveerster was alleen om 20 personen ontbijt te serveren waardoor het chaos was. Ik heb om brood gevraagd maar nooit grkregen, fruitsap was warm

Очень красивый отель. Номера удобные, уютные. Были опасения, что будут проблемы с коммуникациями, так как номер находится в скале, но все было отлично. Персонал максимально приветливый, всегда подскажет и поможет
Отель находится на горе, поэтому не очень удобно было постоянно спускаться и подниматься. Но это больше проблема ландшафта, нежели отеля. Единственное, в номере не было двери или перегородки в туалете, что доставляло некоторые неудобства. Но это не сильно критично
The location is unbelievable, such a magical place and there’s beautiful terraces you can watch the balloons from in the morning. The room is stunning, fixated within a carved out cave that was very special
The laundry service is very expensive, we gave them a bag of our own and it had to split into 2 of their bags. So we were charged twice. Not a problem, just an expensive service to be aware about

POOL WAS COLD!!! If you book the suite with private pool you should know that it’s frigidly cold! Only bearable for a minute or two - so for us, this was totally a waste of time and money. Also only provided with one set of towels for the pool and the shower. Also, the cave rooms are constantly shedding/ creating dust from the walls so all your clothes/ belongings end up being covered in a fine coating of powdered rock! In our suite (205) there is a window with a light coloured blind directly opposite the bed and the lights are left on outside all night, so it’s hard to sleep unless you have an eye mask!
We arrived at the property and were immediately received with open arms. Everyone is and was so eager to make you feel welcome and provide for all your needs!
The property itself is gorgeous and it’s location is perfect to walk down into city center.
Our Cave Room, The Signature Suite, was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. Large balcony with a spa made it even better!
The awe moment for us though, was the views from our balcony, or frankly any part of the Hotel.
Wake up at 5:15 am, sooo worth it! Walk out and experience All the Balloons up close and personal. It’s one of the most jaw dropping experiences of our lives.

Struttura molto bella, il ragazzo alla reception era veramente bravissimo ci ha aiutato nella maniera migliore a programmare le nostre giornate.
La colazione purtroppo non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Il servizio è risultato molto lento e il personale è apparso poco disponibile e infastidito nel rispondere alle richieste. Un aspetto che dovrebbe essere migliorato per rendere l’esperienza perfetta
Très belle chambre et très bel emplacement de l’hôtel. Le personnel est avenant et très gentils.
