Important point to mention:
The pool water was much too cold, below a normal temperature for comfortable swimming. Practically, we were unable to use the pool because of this.
I believe this aspect should be improved, as everything else was at a very good standard.
Fantastic views from the property and restaurant. 5 min walk downhill to get into town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating when we were checking in and out, and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is great and the restaurant serving breakfast was delicious.
There were ants in the room, which can probably be explained by the fact that we were in a cave, so we didn't complain about it. But it's worth mentioning to be prepared for some ants crawling around during the stay. Couldn't keep any clothes on the floor because then the ants would crowd.
Arrived in Göreme yesterday. Had a great evening meal here, then went on a stunning balloon tour early this morning with Kapadokya Balloon company (we know someone who used to pilot for them) and returned for a sumptuous breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and we feel welcome and well looked after.

We were only here for two nights but it was an experience my wife and I ranked as an all timer and we have traveled around the globe.
It wasn’t opulent or glamorous but it was more than we hoped for from the staff to the views to the restaurant.
I wanted to shout out one young man who allowed me to use his phone for 30 minutes to solve an airline problem.
I hope I spell his name correctly, Andac Yilmaz and it was only his third day working there but he could not have been more helpful so I was very grateful.
Great views, food to die for and the room was so unique and spacious.
Strongly recommend for a great views overlooking the valley for the balloons.
