The facility looks clean from the outside, the view isn't bad, but there's nothing else particularly nice about it.
Kahvaltısı yetersiz ve dıyurucu değil. Çeşitlilik az kahvaltı verdik demek için yapılmış. Tesisin odaları asla ısınmıyor. Defalarca aramama konuşmama rağmen düzeltilmedi. Sınırlı vakitte eğlenmek için geldiğim tesiste tamirci gibi odanın ısınma sorunlarını düzeltmekle tatilim geçti. Bana çalışmayan yerden ıstmanın çalıştığını idda etmekle saatlerimi kaybettim. Kapalı havuzun 25 derece olduğunu idda ediyorlar ve sağlık bakanlığı prosedürü diye buz gibi havuzlu odayı satışa koyuyorlar. Havuzlu odayı sakın tutmanyın. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar herhangi bir sorunu çözme konusunda yetersiz.
The breakfast is inadequate and unappetising. It seems designed to offer a breakfast with little variety. The rooms in the establishment never warm up. Despite my repeated calls and conversations, the issue was never resolved. My holiday was spent like a repairman, trying to fix the room's heating problems in an establishment I came to for limited enjoyment. I wasted hours arguing with them about the heating not working. They claim the indoor pool is 25 degrees, yet they market rooms with freezing pools under the guise of health ministry procedures. Do not book a pool room. The reception staff are inadequate at resolving any issues.
The property was centrally located and accessible to everything by walking like nice restaurants and close to all tourist attractions in Cappadocia. You can actually see the hot air balloon in front of the hotel so beautifully lined up in different colors in the morning. It is also so very close by walking to the Sunset point where you can watch the balloons going simultaneously giving an enchanting appearance as well as at night There’s something undeniably captivating about watching the sunset paint the town in shades of purple and gold! Special mention to Mert Menis the new restaurant supervisor and his staff who always check their customers making sure that we get the best service during our breakfast Mert even organized the cocktail party for my friend from the wine, decoration and even gave us free nuts and cheese to pair with the wine We also received remarkable support from staff members Metehan and Ahmet, who were always present and eager to help us during the cocktail party. They introduced us to the traditional Turkish method of cooking potatoes over an open fire, which was a unique and memorable experience.
We also want to extend our gratitude to Josef, the witty, funny, and friendly receptionist, who seamlessly booked our activities and fulfilled all our requests—from room decorations to ordering cakes. We feel that everything is possible with Yosef and he finds ways no matter what. We may not remember the name of the friendly young man who assisted us from check-in to check-out, but his warm demeanor truly made our stay special, and his photo is included below.
Having such exceptional staff truly enriches our beautiful cave suite experience. Thank you so much for everything; we genuinely appreciate all of you!
