Very nice staff and fast service rooms are nice only 1 comment i had that the smoke smell comes from other rooms through the vents or hallway not sure

Smoke smell , no hot water in very cold weather , staff is not friendly at all

Friendly staff , clean hotel ,Great location easy to get in and out of the city . Best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

I booked a standard room online 3 days ago but I couldn't come to the hotel. So i talked talked with the hotel staff if it's possible to change the date 2 days a head, but they said they can't. When I arrived in person to the hotel, they forced me to book a suite since you can only book a standard room online( additional$20). Another thing the suite is kinda old and not that clean. Also no breakfast. I think there are better hotels in town other than this

I reserve for three but beds were only two and they provided mattress for the third person

good rooms and space, just wish lower prices, for exemple 80.000 instead of 97.000

Employees were so rude. They told me to go and come back cuz still they didn’t receive the confirmation. I tried to explain to them that i did the reservation 2 days ago.

I stayed at suite hotel Chrome with a bunch of my close friends to celebrate my birthday! It was unforgettable, the staff knew it was my birthday so they surprised me with a cake , staff are very helpful and friendly , location of the hotel is central which worked perfectly , as it is really close to the best nightlife places in Lebanon & shopping centres. I recommend suite hotel Chrome, its spacious , neat, colourful, great prices! 24/7 services , And hookah available at all times.

Le batiment n'est pas trop soigne. Le petit dejeuner pas assez varie vue le prix sinon l'equipe est serviable et sympa

Bed wasnt comfy at all same as pillows, there is no extra pillows in the room.
Noisy room cant sleep all night.
Staff wasnt helpful, they refused to give late checkout noting that u checked in late around 3 am

Excelent location, very clean room, the hotel has not included breakfast.

Elevator was not working and I had to carry my heavy luggage 5 floors up. Check-in was terrible as the guy gave me an attitude and told me I have to wait a couple hours for check-in even though I came on time. He told me my luggage would be sent to my room once the room is ready but when I came back I didn’t find my luggage in my room and had to wait an hour to get it. I woke up at 6 am to someone who sounded like a prostitute knocking on the door. The building is not secured as the entrance is open and anyone could go to the room.

We had so much troubles checking in. The hotel is three buildings two of them are chrome. One is so old and dirty and the other is good.
The first night was a nightmare the man who checked us in was horrible and he knows nothing. Even WiFi access he doesn’t have. We paid for bedroom which was locked and he has no access to the room.
The hotel was almost empty. We were group of 8 rooms in total not all the time. After long discussion with the manger she offered us good rooms.
The breakfast is so simple but delicious
