Obv no one on reception at night. Room door locks not really secure but the location was great & staff great also. H

Spacious and comfortable apartment in great location, right in the heart of Launceston. The staff were all really lovely too 😊. Close to King's Park and Cataract Gorge.

Cons:

Completely out of the hotel's control, but the post office bells chime every hour, and also every 15 minutes from 6 or 7am until 11pm. If you're a light sleeper it may be worth asking for a room further away from the post office.

Comfortable stay , good location.
Pros:

We were comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 6 nights stay. The location was good. Close to cafes, restuarants , visitor information centre, and the bus transit centre. Had washing machine , and dryer was a bonus. We could walk to City Park, Cataract Gorge.

Cons:

The only thing was the bedroom wall was a glass panel , so if had light was on in kitchen, it shone in to bedroom and disturbed the sleeper until got to sleep. Not sure why glass panel. But the Bed was very Comfortable. 😊

If I come back to Launceston, I will book here again.
Pros:

Beautiful old building, we were upgraded to an apartment. Nice and roomy with a full kitchen and also washing machine and dryer were welcome.

Cons:

No hotel parking, metred street parking available.

Fantastic
Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. It also had 2 bathrooms. Close to shopping and meals.
