Pros:

The location

Cons:

The dirty curtains.
The most uncomfortable lounge suite I have ever sat in. Could not watch TV.
Three of four complained of uncomfortable beds and pillows leading to a poor sleep
Workmen using drilling tools to the outside wall before checkout

Good large clean rooms.

Cons:

The detergent cover in the dish washer drawer was faulty and could not be closed

Very central

Cons:

The nearby town clock chimes every hour on the hour and can be heard all night.
We had faulty air conditioning ie leaking water. It wasn’t meant to be used but no one explained that to us.

Okay for the price and great location. Just take some ear plugs!
Pros:

Very central, was clean and probably okay for thee price.

Cons:

The town clock was literally outside our window. With the hot night and no effective air conditioning we had to have the window open so heard every 15 minute chime! Apartment needed to be a bit better equipped, an extra arm chair and better cooking utensils. Staff were good, but needed to be a little less ‘relaxed’ and show more attention to detail.

We would definitely recommend it for any Launceston stay.
Pros:

Brilliant location, easy checkin, wonderful enthusiastic and helpful staff. Kitchen facilities and two separate bathrooms were much appreciated.

Cons:

Bit noisy all night from an unidentifiable bathroom (?) fan . No dedicated parking spaces. We were very lucky to get a car park outside in the street.
