Okay for the price and great location. Just take some ear plugs!
Pros:

Very central, was clean and probably okay for thee price.

Cons:

The town clock was literally outside our window. With the hot night and no effective air conditioning we had to have the window open so heard every 15 minute chime! Apartment needed to be a bit better equipped, an extra arm chair and better cooking utensils. Staff were good, but needed to be a little less ‘relaxed’ and show more attention to detail.

We would definitely recommend it for any Launceston stay.
Pros:

Brilliant location, easy checkin, wonderful enthusiastic and helpful staff. Kitchen facilities and two separate bathrooms were much appreciated.

Cons:

Bit noisy all night from an unidentifiable bathroom (?) fan . No dedicated parking spaces. We were very lucky to get a car park outside in the street.

Location was perfect in the city centre, close to all amenities and attractions.

Cons:

The "king bed" was 2 singles put together with no mattress topper, my side was sagging and my husband side was good. You couldn't lay in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Either needs proper King bed or King mattress.

The location was excellent

Cons:

The door to our room was left wide open by the cleaning staff. The manager acted like me had made this up when we reported how disappointed we were that this had happened. He said he could ensure it wouldn't happen again, but that wasn't helpful to us and we felt insecure leaving our room and our items for anyone to come in.. There was a hole in the side of the bath that hadn't been covered properly & the air con wasn't working, a portable one was provided but it was noisy and the room was constantly stuffy. The toilet was loose and banged against the wall when used, there was also a crack in the glass in the shower screen. Lots of maintenance was needed.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in great location, right in the heart of Launceston. The staff were all really lovely too 😊. Close to King's Park and Cataract Gorge.

Cons:

Completely out of the hotel's control, but the post office bells chime every hour, and also every 15 minutes from 6 or 7am until 11pm. If you're a light sleeper it may be worth asking for a room further away from the post office.

Comfortable stay , good location.
Pros:

We were comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 6 nights stay. The location was good. Close to cafes, restuarants , visitor information centre, and the bus transit centre. Had washing machine , and dryer was a bonus. We could walk to City Park, Cataract Gorge.

Cons:

The only thing was the bedroom wall was a glass panel , so if had light was on in kitchen, it shone in to bedroom and disturbed the sleeper until got to sleep. Not sure why glass panel. But the Bed was very Comfortable. 😊
