Overall, it was a good stay, except that free parking was unavailable.
Pros:

We stayed for two nights as a family of four. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette, washing machine, and dryer. It’s in a good location and highly recommended for families.

Cons:

There's no free/discounted parking available.

Shower head was broken (advised reception) and the shower bath situation is not good for an older person with mobility issues. A handle on the wall would be beneficial.

The apartment was cosy, convenient and great value for a Winter weekend getaway in Launceston,
Pros:

We enjoyed the convenient, central location in a lovely old converted building. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The heating was most welcoming and easy to control, and the bed was really comfortable. We were able to walk to all our destinations around the city, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons:

The TV controls were hard to work out (even with the instructions provided), so we gave up!
An extra pair of pillows for the bed would have been welcome.

Comfortable and convenient to city centre.
Pros:

The room was spacious and had good amenities. Very close to the city and restaurants which was convenient.

Cons:

The town clock is very close and very loud until 11pm, then starts again early in the morning. The room could do with some minor repairs (window ledge damaged) and signs of wear and tear.
