Accueil désagréable. L'hôtel ferme à 22 h, je suis arrivé à 21h50, la réception était déjà fermée et la dame blonde qui m'a reçu m'a donné.une carte qui ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu que je redescende les 2 étages pour récupérer ma carte. Sans oublier de me dire de repasser le lendemain en partant pour régler (ce que j'avais fait sur le site) car elle ne pouvait (ou voulait ? )pas vérifier. Tout ça sans un mot d'excuse... Hôtel vieillot et sans charme. La prochaine fois je resterai sur Venlo, ou on trouve des hôtels de bien meilleure qualité et accueillant.

Es war alles perfekt und freundlich.Meine Schwester und ich waren beide der Meinung das die Matratze extrem weich ist.Sonst gab es absolut nicht 's auszusetzen
