Buena relación calidad precio y ubicación excelente

Para el precio instalaciones antiguas a falta de mantenimiento y cuando preguntas mediante la aplicación tarda y si llamas cuando no cogen no sabes el porque

Colchones genial, como siempre los sofas-cama deficientes y la almohada era el cojin y la funda rota. Una almohada no creo que sea pedir mucho.
Desayuno correcto.

Me ha decepcionado el tema de los masajes, que era motivo de decidirme por este hotel. En la oferta publicaban incluso masajes en la habitación, siendo la realidad que no disponen de masajes. A la llegada, en recepción no tenían constancia de que el hotel trabajara con hoteles.com, teniendo que presentar los justificantes para acreditar la reserva del viaje y dándonos una habitación.
La habitación bien en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad. Eso sí, con vistas a un patio interior, teniendo los bonitos paisajes que se ven desde allí. Desayuno buffet normal si te gustan las tostadas. Muy buena ubicación a dos minutos andando del centro. Creo que el precio es demasiado caro para lo que es el hotel y más después de las desilusiones que nos hemos llevado.

No encontraban la reserva, tuvimos que enviar el email de confirmación de Expedia a un email del hotel, no les valía con mostrarlo. No sabían decirnos si el desayuno estaba incluido o no. La primera impresión no fue muy buena pero el resto de días las chicas de recepción fueron muy atentas.

En general bien menos el cuarto de baño que esta muy viejo.

La habitación era más bien viejita,en cuanto a los armarios, mesitas,Cabecero, el baño,... pero bueno para pasar unas noches no está mal. Lo mejor de todo fue el personal, atentas y muy agradables

El desayuno muy básico y la habitación muy vieja y poco cuidada aunque limpia. Hemos estado otras veces en habitaciones mucho mejores en este hotel.

The bed frames were fixed and creaky. Beds OK though. And the room and hotel were generally much more attractive and inviting than the online photos led us to believe they would be.
The breakfast was marginal - nothing whole grain, not even muesli, only sweetened yogurt.
Location was perfect! Gorgeous village.

This hotel is very difficult to get to. The parking situation is very inconvenient since their parking lot is very far from the hotel. You are better off trying to find a parking space in the center of town. The hotel is outdated and runned down. Not worth the money. For what we payed here we could have found a much better room elsewhere. There was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and it was provided, but the room felt hot and stuffy. Really, not worth the money.

This is a charming hotel in Potes. The internet connection did not work in our room, but we were able to set up the computer in the breakfast/lobby area. The major drawback with this hotel is the lack of nearby parking; there is a free parking lot but it's a bit of a distance from the hotel, plus it is on a hillside so one must haul luggage up/down hill or up/down stairs. Would not recommend to anyone with limited mobility. That said, the price was good for the area, room was clean and comfortable and we would stay again were we to re-visit Potes.

The hotel is right in the middle of a lovely town. Very touristy because it is in the Picos. The room was quite large and very nicely decorated. We had breakfast included which was lovely. The hotel had a spa but you had to pay extra to use it so we did not. Would recommend.
