Perfecto para visitar Granada
Pros:

El personal muy atento, sobre todo la señora que prepara el desayuno. La ubicación inmejorable para visitar el casco antiguo de Granada y la Alhambra

La cama no era del todo cómoda, pero para una estancia de corta duración es suficiente

Het personeel was geweldig (complimenten voor Raul (receptie) en Marie (ontbijt)) zij zorgde voor een welkom gevoel en zorgden ervoor dat we een zeer aangenaam verblijf hadden. Toen we arriveerde waren we enorm verrast door de hele sfeer die het hotel uitstraalde echt geweldig! Wij komen hier zeker terug!

La posizione della struttura e la vista dalla camera.
La comodità del letto e l'arredamento allineati allo stile generale del palazzo.

Cons:

La pulizia generale carente, il riscaldamento della camera e soprattutto del bagno.
I riscaldamenti erano poco efficienti rispetto agli spazi della camera ed erano, per lunghe parti della giornata, rigorosamente spenti.
Nonostante la richiesta di intervento alla reception, non è stato risolto il problema nè è mai stato chiesto se il problema persisteva.

Va da sé, che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultato inaccettabile, tenuto conto di aver alloggiato nella stanza più costosa della struttura, ed il personale inadeguato alla risoluzione dei problemi e all'attenzione verso il cliente.

Memorable stay in all aspects!
Pros:

Beautiful views from our hotel window, great location in Granada and each room was individually full of character. Nice simple breakfast. We loved our two nights there.

La estancia perfecta para visitar Granada
Pros:

El trato de todos los trabajadores mención especial para la mujer que estaba a tendiendo el desayuno y a Raquel que nos atendió a la entrada y a la salida de la estancia

Great location, clean, friendly staff - a great pick for Granada!
Pros:

The location is perfect - right near great food, sites, and several different wonderful areas of the city. It felt very centrally located to all the neighborhoods we wanted to see. The staff are friendly and helpful and accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again!

Great location, disappointed with service.
Pros:

Large room and bathroom in a historic structure, in the middle of everything. Close walk to the Alhambra and many of the other sites in town, as well as the Hamam if you want to take in the spa.

Cons:

Noise from the street. In addition our shower drain was clogged in the first night, which put a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. My wife reported it to the management the next morning before leaving to site see. They said they would fix the drain while we were out, but they did not, and there was a faint smell of sewage in our room later when the drain filled again and overflowed into the bathroom. The lack of attention to the matter was very disappointing as they had all day to address it while we were out, or to change our room. As the hotel was not busy due to low season. This made me very disappointed with an otherwise nice hotel, with a great location. When we told them about it again at check out, they seemed not to care. Service is important. Especially when people have choices of where to stay. And the smell alluded to a larger issue. I hope they improve upon their service.

Perfect location!
Pros:

Location is amazing, even though it can be loud. Very clean, comfortable bed, warm. Everything you need basically.

Cons:

Walls are very thin. It feels that you live with other people in the same room, but that is ok. You just have to be prepared for it :)

Pros:

Si tratta di un bellissimo palazzo storico con un favoloso patio interno e stanze del tutto particolari. L'hotel è dotato di tutto il necessario e ha un'ottima posizione di fronte al fiume e a due passi sia da Plaza Nueva e centro storico che dall'Albayzin. Il personale è estremamente gentile e simpatico. E' stato davvero un bel soggiorno!
