Pros:

Ubicación excelente, puedes ir a pie a casi todos los sitios.
El hotel es un Palacio muy bonito y la habitación es muy amplia y confortable.
Todo el personal es muy amable y el desayuno tipo buffet muy variado

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y tiene bastantes escaleras, lo que puede dificultar la movilidad de gente mayor.
El espacio del desayuno era un poco reducido

La ubicación es excelente y el estado de conservación del edificio magnifico. Trato del personal, limpieza, belleza del edificio…

Cons:

En el baño igual hacía un poco de frio. Y para entrar en la bañera/ducha hay que levantar la pierna más de lo normal, no es una queja en sí pero que lo tengan en cuenta personas mayores y protesis de cadera.

Desde nuestra habitación se podía ver el darro y la Alhambra

La ubicación es inaccesible en auto y estacionar terminar siendo engorroso.
No ofrecen ayuda con las maletas aunque el taxi debió dejarnos a 200 metros y nuestra habitación era por escalera.

Het personeel was geweldig (complimenten voor Raul (receptie) en Marie (ontbijt)) zij zorgde voor een welkom gevoel en zorgden ervoor dat we een zeer aangenaam verblijf hadden. Toen we arriveerde waren we enorm verrast door de hele sfeer die het hotel uitstraalde echt geweldig! Wij komen hier zeker terug!

La posizione della struttura e la vista dalla camera.
La comodità del letto e l'arredamento allineati allo stile generale del palazzo.

Cons:

La pulizia generale carente, il riscaldamento della camera e soprattutto del bagno.
I riscaldamenti erano poco efficienti rispetto agli spazi della camera ed erano, per lunghe parti della giornata, rigorosamente spenti.
Nonostante la richiesta di intervento alla reception, non è stato risolto il problema nè è mai stato chiesto se il problema persisteva.

Va da sé, che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultato inaccettabile, tenuto conto di aver alloggiato nella stanza più costosa della struttura, ed il personale inadeguato alla risoluzione dei problemi e all'attenzione verso il cliente.
