Alter Palazzo mit schönen gemütlichen Zimmern.
Kleiner Frühstücksraum, aber es gibt alles was man braucht.
Das Bad war Fliesen technisch etwas zusammengestückelt- im Innenhof war noch die vertrocknete Weihnachtsgirlande am Treppengeländer. Dabei könnte der Innenhof ohne die Pflanzen und anderen Möbel ein Traum sein.
Da ist noch Luft nach oben :-)
Personal beim Frühstück kann kein Englisch- schade- dadurch etwas unpersönlich und steif …

We had the option to get a feather pillow -- so much better than the usual pillows provided by most hotels. The hotel is located on one of the Holy Week procession routes so we were able to easily view one of the processions. Lighting in the room was better than the lighting in most hotel rooms. For an older hotel, the plumbing was up-to-date. Because of cool temperatures, breakfast was indoors. The breakfast room was therefore a bit crowded, but the staff handled the situation by scheduling breakfast times. Overnight temperatures got quite cool while we were in Granada, but we were easily able to control the temperature in our room.
The double bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together -- not quite the same thing. However, this was a minor issue.

Good location, overlooking the river. Busy street below but sound did not impact sleep. Beautiful building. Nice extra to have spa bath in the room.
Some rooms are off entrance courtyard so when people congregate in that area (there is a bar separate from the hotel), talking is louder, due to stone walls. Thankfully, people didn’t stop there for too long. ‘Hot’ breakfast items were lukewarm at best. Good fresh fruit though and bread selection.

Great staff, interesting palace, good but modest breakfast clean and great bathroom.
If you have any mobility issues this is not for you. Stairs from front door up to reception. 2more flights to our room no 5. These are very difficult to manage as they are not usual size. At one point I considered going down on my but!
I had checked the hotel info and reviews and only found a hotel comment referring to ‘a few stairs’.
A very lovely historic hotel in an excellent location in the old town.
Unfortunately a mobile phone disappeared from our room. Sadly, it had to be a theft, by a staff member or an opportunistic theft during the cleaning process. We reported it to the hotel (and to the police) but it was not found. The hotel reception staff were very helpful but said that the cleaning staff had no knowledge about the missing phone.

El hotel es un Palacio muy bonito y la habitación es muy amplia y confortable.
Todo el personal es muy amable y el desayuno tipo buffet muy variado
No tiene ascensor y tiene bastantes escaleras, lo que puede dificultar la movilidad de gente mayor.

La ubicación es excelente y el estado de conservación del edificio magnifico. Trato del personal, limpieza, belleza del edificio…
En el baño igual hacía un poco de frio. Y para entrar en la bañera/ducha hay que levantar la pierna más de lo normal, no es una queja en sí pero que lo tengan en cuenta personas mayores y protesis de cadera.
