Plus bel hôtel de notre séjour.
Pros:

Au calme dans un charmant petit village. Personnel au petits soins. Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût, plus grande que prévue initialement. Petit déjeuner très bon. Espace spa bien chauffé, très agréable.

das Frühstück war wunderbar, grosse Auswahl, sogar mit Lachs und Prosecco.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super.... ganz in der Nähe vom Wandergebiet, vom Dorf und Restaurants und wunderbar ruhig.....toll

Cons:

die Dusche in der Badewanne ist für ältere Menschen nicht wirklich ideal auch war die Abtrennung nicht dicht und eher zu schmal.
Das Abendessen ist sehr gut aber auch teuer..... klar werden alles gute Zutaten verwendet und regional eingekauft, aber will man für eine Bouillonsuppe wirklich Fr. 14.-- ausgeben?

Unser Kurzurlaub (4 Nächte) war sehr erholsam.
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, grosse Auswahl, qualitativ sehr gute Lebensmittel, schön präsentiert. Schöner Speisesaal, abends ist er das Hauptrestaurant. Zur Weihnachtszeit an mehreren Standorten schön dekorierte Weihnachtsbäume. Willkommensdrink. Fumoar mit ordentlicher Zigarrenauswahl und Kaminfeuer, sehr geschätzt. Sehr freundliches, geduldiges und kompetentes Personal. Check in und Check out unkompliziert, persönlich, schnell und logisch. Bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen. Raumgrösse und Raumaufteilung ideal für eine kleine Familie, viel Platz, viel Stauraum in diversen Holzschränken. Guter Zugang zum Spa Bereich. Grosszügiger Saunabereich, Nacktzone, ab 16 Jahren, sehr geschätzt. Stets gibt es Früchte, eine Nussmischung, Tee und Orangenwasser im Spa Bereich. Gut gemachte Rückenmassage, wohltuende Gesichtsbehandlung.
Gepflegte Bar, geöffnet bis 23:00 Uhr, sehr geschätzt. Gut zugängliche Tiefgarage, ausreichend breite Parkplätze. Gute Lage des Hotels, 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfkern.

Cons:

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant Miracle war sehr steif und nicht kinderfreundlich. Offiziell ab 16:00 Uhr kein Zugang mehr zum Spa Bereich für Kinder. Dies ist nicht praktikabel, da die Kinder z. B. bis 15:30 Uhr Skiunterricht haben und danach auch noch baden wollen. Dies sollte man wirklich ändern.
Zuverlässige, tägliche Raumreinigung. Leider wird nur mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt, jedoch sollte der Boden nass aufgewischt werden. Der Innenpool ist recht klein. Die Wassertemperatur des Innenpools ist deutlich zu tief. Zeitweise ist auch die Wassertemperatur des Aussenpools (des Whirlpools) zu niedrig, vor allem bei Kälte und tagsüber. In einem der Badezimmer hartnäckiger Geruch nach Kanalisation. Bitte einmal die Abflüsse gut durchspülen / Entkalken.

Tolle Auszeit
Pros:

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, super Essen und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir hätten es auch länger als drei Tage ausgehalten. Es ist toll zum Wandern.

Cons:

Der Ruhebereich des Spa war nicht so gross und leider besetzt von Menschen, die z.T. eine Stunde in der Massage o.ä. waren. Hier sollte man darauf aufmerksam machen, dass das gegenüber anderen Gästen nicht fair ist. Wir mussten dann zurück ins Zimmer. Im Sommer könnte man draussen liegen.
