Clean quiet and calm
Pros:

Hotel amenities but the restaurants could of opened longer in the evening

Cons:

No transport from the station bus tram and train station. I have chronic pain and disabilities and we stuck in the dark not knowing where to go . No taxi service or uber would collect us . If I had known this earlier I would have pre booked something .

Es war trotz allem ein schöner Kurz-Urlaub.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen und daher gut für Ausflüge. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Frühstück ist bis 10:00 Uhr möglich, jedoch ist bereits alles ab 09:30 Uhr sehr reduziert

Das Hotel liegt zwar am See, aber sehr abgelegen vom Zentrum. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden früh das selbe. An der Bar am Abend war die Bedienung etwas überfordert. Und Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 16,00 Uhr finde ich auch etwas hoch. Für uns war es ein Ausweichhotel, da "unser" Hotel zur Zeit renoviert wird. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett....na dann alles Gute und liebe Grüße aus Thüringen.

Gutes Hotel im Wald
Pros:

* Super Frühstück, sehr vielfältig
* Tolle, ruhige Lage
* Große Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen (gegen Mehrgebühr, kann man aber als Paket dazubuchen)
* Zimmer sauber
* Hängesessel im Zimmer

Cons:

* Aufzüge ziemlich gruselig (technische Angaben des Aufzugs überklebt und händisch neu beschriftet)
* Zimmerausstattung nicht mehr ganz modern, insgesamt jedoch gepflegt und vollkommen in Ordnung

Pros:

Der Service war insgesamt wirklich gut und das Personal außerst freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die freundliche Barkeeperin. Auch das Frühstück konnte sich sehen lassen. Das gesamte Hotel wirkte sauber und gut durchorganisiert. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns nicht so gefallen hat war, dass wir ein neuerers und ein älteres Zimmer hatten....
Richtig schön wäre noch ein Kaffeeautomat auf dem Zimmer.
