Riad fermé pour travaux !!!
Pros:

Good hotel inside old town, but tricky to find.
Pros:

Nice location in the old city of Marrakech. The souks are easily accessible from the hotel. However hotel is hard to find since it is hidden in a lane. Local will guide but expect to pay a small fee. Cars must be left outside the city gate, about 400m away. Parking is not easy.

Excellent stay!!
Pros:

We were a group of 5 girls and rented 2 rooms, one in the main floor and the other in the 1st floor. Aziz was amazingly kind, pleasant and polite. We were picked up in the airport and they were waiting for us with a wonderful tea. Also the breakfast was superb. We made use of the small swimming pool and the terrace at night is absolutely amazing. Very quiet place, peaceful and 5 minute walking from the main place.

Grat experience and value for the money, sure to come back.

Greatest regards to Aziz and Bou

Ein wunderbares Riad-Hotel im Herzen der Medina
Pros:

Good Location and Price
Pros:

We were given a Suite for 4 people, 2 Adults and 2 Children. The master bedroom led to the children then followed to split into a toilet and a bathroom with a tub and basin with another shower cubical. The master room had the only air condtioner which ment we had to adjuct the childrens bed into our room because it was very hot. We visited in August which is the peak of their summer. The room had a skyline directly over the room light shade which became annoying because i'm not an morning person. the room lacked a mini fridge.

very good location
Pros:

We could take a local bus to come to the center from the train station, and this riad is close from the centre. It was about 10 min walk from the local bus station. the old man (care taker?) was nice (but there was no welcome drink) and prepared breakfast early for we needed to depart early. He did not speak good English, so I could not ask things in detail. We needed to do the washing, but he did it for us, but we did not get all washing back so I advise you to remember what you gave him for washing. We had to come down to the common area to use wifi. we did not have a balcony. breakfast was yummy. it is close to the sightseeing spots, too

Pros:

Very nice Riyad in the middle on the soukhs. 3 min. walk to Jemaa al-fna. The WiFi only works on the ground floor and is quite slow, but stable. The pool is rather useless as its on the ground floor, where there is no sun.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Breakfeast was served at whatever time that suited you. For us that ranged from 6:30am to 11am. They always asked us if we wanted anything and they were very helpfull with whatever enquiries we had although you have to depend on French when talking with them.

For the money paid, it was a very good stay, would definitely recommend.

Superb stay!
Pros:

We (3 adults) stayed at this Riad for 3 nights in May 2016 for a weekend gateway to Marrakech. The stay was pleasant and the staff amazing: very helpful and polite, not leaving any wishes open.
We got a smaller suite than we had booked (booked 4 bed, but got 3 bed) but there was enough space in this room as well. The matresses are quite hard, so you might get some back pain. The bathroom and shower were large and clean. Unfortunately, one of the handles in the shower was broken and needs to be fixed.

The breakfast was really nice as well and even on our departure day we got a full breakfast at 5am.

One negative aspect: smoking is allowed in the inner courtyard, so if you're room is facing this side you might smell the smoke inside the room at some times. Also I can get noisy when people are sitting and talking in the courtyard.

But still: Great value for the money paid and would surely return.

Wonderful stay and experience in the heart of Medina
Pros:

We were a group of 4 girls and stayed 4 nights at Dar Naima.
They organised a driver to pick us up at the airport who drove us to the Riad where we have been warmly welcomed by Eliyas and Aziz with a traditional mint tea. We had 2 beautiful large rooms, well-decorated in traditional Moroccan-style, very clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet.
The Riad is well-located less than 10 minutes walks from the main sights, but has the advantage to be very quiet whereas in the center of the Medina and very secure. The hotel has an amazing and large rooftop terrace where you can have your breakfast but also relax for a sunbath.
Breakfast is home made by lovely women every morning, delicious and traditional, and served at the time of your preference. (served at 6am the last day!)
The host Eliyas is a very professional, helpful and friendly person with the best recommendations where you will always get good value for your money. He organised everything for us such as a day in the Atlas and Ourika Valley, booked great spa and restaurants for us.
Aziz is the generous and friendly guardian of the Riad and is always staying in to look carefully after its customers whatever time it is, and will always help you or provide if you need anything.
I highly recommend Riad Dar Naima, where you will meet the most lovely and generous persons who will make your trip unique and memorable. I will definitely come back!
Thank you to all the people working at Dar Naima!

Excellent riad with exceptional service
Pros:

The experience we had in this riad was amazing! Firstly, the service provided was just exceptional. Everyone in the riad was very helpful - manager Ilyas provided the best tips were to go, what to visit and where not to waste time, helped us with booking everything, and also gave the best recommendations for both restaurants, bars, spas etc. Aziz was always there ready to help, getting us everything what we needed, from a bottle of water, arranging breakfast just before the very early flight, even meeting us at night to walk back home! Would not get a better service in a 5 star hotel! And also the driver - we had an amazing private tour organised, and also were taken to and from various locations in marrakech, always on time, very friendly and nice. The location of the riad was great as well - just a very short walk from the main square and other tourist attractions. The rooms were very cute, authentic, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. The riad itself has an amazing terrace, perfect to relax after a day spent the city. Highly recommended!

Recommended for everyone! Superb riad!
Pros:

My 3 friend and I stayed at this riad for 4 nights and we could not be any happier - the staff was kindly looking after us the whole time, helped a lot with restaurant bookings and also organised a private trip to the mountains for a great price. The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes and freshly-squeezed orange juice) and the whole service was top-notch. Definitely recommended for everyone who is keen to have a great experience in Marrakesh!
