Pros:

Kiválóan felszerelt szoba, csodálatos fürdőszoba, számos bekészítés, tea, kávé. A szoba teljesen rendben volt. A somlói galuska kiváló, újraértelmezett, de tökéletes!

Cons:

A személyzet egy része nem beszél idegen nyelvet, viszont a recepción megvan az angol, és szerencsés esetben a magyar is.
Az étterem választéka nem túl széles, és a bolognai nem a legjobb. A szobaszervíz jól működik, de a vacsora maradéka, másnapig a szobában marad.

Termostatul de camera nu functiona. Fie lasai caldura pornita si se facea insuportabil de cald in camera, fie inchideai caldura si ... devenea prea frig!
Cana fierbător era ruginita in interior!

Micul dejun, variat și echilibrat.

Cons:

Cameră etajul 9, absolut deloc apă caldă.
Am vrut să încarc mașina la una din stațiile amplasate în parcarea hotelului. Mi s-a spus că NU, pentru că trebuie să le vina autocare și nu au unde să le pună. De când e asta problema mea, nu știu.
Seara, la cină, probabil sătui de imensul grup servit deja, chelnerii au fost reticenți în a mă servi la masă. Atenție, era mai mult de o oră până la închiderea restaurantului și ERAM SINGUR în tot restaurantul!
Am fost nevoit ca la ora 1 noaptea să sun la recepție pentru a întrerupe o petrecere în camera alăturată, un zgomot și urlete de nedescris. Probabil că așa se manifestă anumiți indivizi când "scapă" în oraș.
Per total, o experiență deloc plăcută.
Din fericire, sunt multe alte variante în oraș pe care absolut sigur le voi accesa în viitor.
