Pros:

This one was OK, but slightly worse than other Continental Forum hotels. Clean and spacious room.

Cons:

As the elevators are quite small and there are only 2 of them, living on the higher floor was a challenge to get down, especially in the morning. The restaurant was either not working or partially reserved for a group - no one was there to meet, seat, and take the order. So we went to the steakhouse nearby.

Camerista care intra în cameră peste client, cu semnul "nu deranjați " pus pe ușă! Puteam fi în pielea goala, doar eram în camera mea, plătită!

Pros:

Amplasarea, personalul amabil, parcare proprie, camera suficient de mare, curatenie.

Cons:

Ar fi putut fi mai bine: izolarea fonica cu exteriorul (geamul termopan nu etansa); produsele de la micul dejun.
Calitatea amenajarii interioare a hotelului nu ofera atmosfera unui hotel de 4 stele.

Cons:

A recepciós borzasztó volt, összekevert 3 foglalást, fél óra föl-le liftezés után sikerült elfoglalni a szállást, többszörös egyeztetés után a recepcióssal és az útitársakkal. Végül sajét magunknak kellett kibogozni, hogy kivel is kell cserélnünk a választott szobánkért. Soha, sehol nem tapasztaltam ilyet, pedig sokat utazom.

Pros:

Már sokszor voltunk itt. Nagyon jó helyen van, mindenhez közel. Gyönyörű a szoba, kényelmes az ágy és a párna is. A reggeli finom, óriási a választék. Lori a legkedvesebb recepciós, minden problémát gyorsan meg tudott oldani.
