Pros:

Hotelul este central, foarte aproape de zona pietonală.
Camera cu vedere la munte oferă priveliște frumoasă spre Munții Făgăraș într-o zi senină.

Cons:

Camere mici, baia este la propriu în camera, este despărțită de pereți de sticlă opacă de patul din camera. Spațiile libere din jurul patului sunt foarte înguste. Este mobilier mult și de prisos care aglomerează o camera și așa foarte mică. Patul dublu este micuț, cam de 1,60 m. Nu recomand familiilor cu copii.
Mici defecte la baie: bara de prosoape era smulsă din șurub pe o parte, para de la duș era spartă și tăioasă, așa că m-am zgâriat puțin pe față , gât și corp.

URINE în the bathroom at check in
Pros:

The room was handed over in a severely unhygienic condition, completely incompatible with a 4-star hotel: visible URINE stains around the toilet bowl, unwashed tiles in the bathroom and hallway, dirt (product packaging) under the bed, a dirty table, and obvious dust on surfaces.
These can no longer be called “oversights,” but rather indicate a total lack of proper inspection before check-in.
The room is supposedly checked by a supervisor before being handed over to the guests, which appears to be only a verbal claim considering the indescribable filth and the fact that the room was NOT SANITIZED.
Similar issues have been reported previously, which shows a systemic deficiency rather than an isolated incident.
The handling of the situation afterward, through correspondence, was evasive and defensive, minimizing the seriousness of the facts. The hotel director’s response in an attempt to downplay the situation was: “we are human and we make mistakes.”
Additionally, the internal feedback form they invite you to complete is merely a way to “bury” complaints instead of making them public.
I do NOT recommend this hotel.

If you care about hygiene and do not want the unpleasant surprise of stepping into the previous guest’s URINE, avoid this location.

Pros:

Хорошая гостиница в центре города, с бесплатной стоянкой.

Cons:

Санузел отделен от кровати матовым стеклом. Это стильно выглядит на фото, но в реальности неудобно. Стены и дверь находятся прямо у кровати. Матовое стекло хоть и скрывает детали, но силуэт виден, а свет и звуки слышны/видны полностью. Если один встает ночью, просыпается второй. Стекла на окнах грязные и какой то запах в номере, вроде как из туалета так как дверь не закрывается плотно
Завтрак :очень скромный шведский стол. Выбор блюд минимальный (пара горячих позиций, нарезка). Голодным не уйдете, но разнообразия нет.
