Do ar condicionado absurdamente barulhento. Impossível dormir com ele ligado. Camas com colchões muito gasto, hora de renovar as instalações.

I was very disappointed with maintenance and comfort.

We stayed there because my daughter had a surgery and the hotel was only 0.5 miles away from hospital but the Bedroom is outdated, shades wasn’t closing properly we had to call maintenance, shower you can control the stream, too much pressure, mold and mildew on the ceiling, phones not working, every time I needed a room service I had to go down for requests. At the checkout I was being charged for 3 cans of beer that I didn’t consume from the fridge… their quality dropped from three years ago, unfortunately.

Apesar dessas limitaçoes, sou cliente frequente do hotel.
Pros:

Gosto da localizaçao. O pessoal de atendimento tanto na recepçao quanto no restaurante é muito agradavel. O cafe da manha é rico. as camas sao muito boas. O espaço interno do quarto ´foi muito bom (com poltronas, mesinha de apoio etc.

Cons:

O chuveiro nao saia agua fria. Tivemos que chamar a manutençao. Por ser um edificio de construçao mais antiga creio que um serviço de manutençao e recuperaçao mais eficiente seria muito benefico para a empresa.

Não gostei de nada.

Cons:

Localização.
Ar condicionado do quarto com um barulho enorme que não deixava dormir. Desliguei o ar e não dormir por causa do calor. Abri a janela e desta vez não dormir por causa do barulho da Localização do hotel.

A localizaçao é muito boa. Tem um cafè da manha farto e variado. O pessoal do atendimento é otimo.

Cons:

O ar condicionado faz muito ruido. O banheiro é muito pequeno. As instalaçoes sao muito velhas. Cortinas muito ruins. Só tem duas tomadas de carregamento (uma no quarto e uma no banheiro.
