We also offer unlimited access for €75 per person for the duration of your stay (excluding bath set).

Dans notre suite, la douche et la baignoire top.
Le resto et le petit déjeuner étaient sympas et variés.

Cons:

La literie, devoir se retourner pour ne pas avoir la tête plus basse que les jambes, est peut être dommage dans une suite à ce budget là.

Komfort ist dem Selbstanspruch des Hotels ordentlich, Wellness-Amgebote gut, naturnahe Behandlung werden durch Anwendung eigener Bio-Produkte angeboten., es sind diverse Ruhezonen vorhanden, eine Außensauna mit Wirlpool, dkie aujch bei Schneelage super zu nutzbar ist! Was seltsam war , der Umstand, für das Parken dort 3 Euro pro Tag bei Abrfeise zahlen zu müssen...

Cons:

Die bei Abreise zusätzlich geforderte Parkgebühr für eigenes Fahrzeug (3 Euro, Stand 2025) für einen quasi unbewachten Parkplatz vor dem Hotel! Zudem für deutsche Touristen die fehle Befähigung der sprachlichen Kommunikation in Deutsch trotz relativer naher Grenzlage zu DE beim Personal, an der Reception im Restaurant ! Englische Konversation ist aber möglich, wenn keine französischen Sprachkenntnisse vorhanden sind!

We could enjoy the stay because of the spa and the outside country side.
Pros:

Also very good spa area! Breakfast was a very good mix of everything you need. You can take your dog with you to breakfast and inside the hotel/room.

Cons:

No 24/7 reception, not so enthusiastic staff (bare minimum of communication, in some areas even in the room the wallpaper was peeling of, breakfast table seats not cleaned (bread crumbs on it), pool edges were sticky (probably not/never cleaned). Very few options to eat. Hotel restaurant was bad; waited 2 hours to get main course (unacceptable) no regrets from staff.

Mooie omgeving, mooie en eigen inrichting. Erg leuk dat het een familie bedrijf is en niet een van de grote ketens.
Het ontbijt en de Trattoria zijn van goede kwaliteit.

Cons:

Wij houden van stevige matrassen, maar deze matrassen waren echt te hard. Helaas hierdoor niet goed geslapen.
De wellness faciliteiten zijn an sich prima, maar niet voor de hoeveelheid bezoekers die er binnen werden gelaten. We misten tevens een goede afkoel douche of dompelbad.

Pros:

Le personnel agréable, la propreté en général et les bons repas. L'établissement en général et sa situation au calme et sont parfaits.

Cons:

Pour ma deuxième venue, j'ai trouvé l'établissement toujours très chouette, sauf la piscine vieillissante. Sentir sous nos pieds le liner qui ne colle plus partout et certains bords sales ou moisis. Ce n'est pas bien grave mais pour un établissement de ce standing, c'est le cas de le dire, ça ne colle pas.
