De welness buiten prims, de kamer was ruim en net.
De welness binnen is iets te warm, alsook de dag van uitcheck kan/ mag je in de wellness maar blijven tot 12u. Waarom niet tot 16u bv.

The hotel makes a good first impression right from the entrance. The reception area features decorative (although artificial) flowers, and the staff is polite — we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who spoke English. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected surprise at check-in: the receptionist asked for an identity document and kept it “in case of damage to the room.” I have been traveling for 30 years and have never encountered such a practice — a scanned copy of the document should be entirely sufficient.
We arrived by bicycle and expected a safe place to store them. Unfortunately, for a 4-star hotel, there is no proper bike storage room. Instead, we were offered a cramped space resembling a storage closet, where fitting the bicycles was difficult.
The corridor leading to the room is nature-inspired, but the very dim lighting makes it feel more like a dark and unwelcoming basement. The room itself also suffers from poor lighting and gloomy wall colors. In addition, we noticed stained chairs and pillows, which significantly lowered the overall standard.
A major advantage of the hotel is the spa area. Inside, there is a warm swimming pool, a hammam, and a jacuzzi. Outside, guests can enjoy three hot tubs and two infrared saunas (around 70°C), which provide a truly relaxing experience.
Unfortunately, there was no soap in the toilet — something absolutely unacceptable in a hotel of this category.
Dinner à la carte (Italian cuisine) was average and did not stand out in any particular way. On the positive side, breakfast offered a very wide selection that should satisfy even more demanding guests.
Summary: The hotel has potential, especially thanks to its spa area and excellent breakfast, but improvements are needed in service standards, cleanliness, and basic amenities.

Kamers zijn niet erg smaakvol ingericht. Matras was hard met kuil.

The wellness was a bit too full on the weekend. I'd recommend to come during the week.
Prettige ligging, vlakbij mooie natuur.
De kamers en de gangen waren erg donker, de kamer was aan de kleine kant en de kok wist zich geen raad met vegetarisch etende gasten. De vegetarische keuze die er was, was echt niet lekker, op een kleine plaatpizza na.

Tout. L'emplacement champêtre, la gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel, la qualité de la literie et des installations de wellness, les massages relaxants, le verre de bienvenue, l'ambiance décontractée, la bonne cuisine. La proximité de superbes randonnées. Nous reviendrons.
Je trouve dommage que l'on doive payer un droit de parking. Assez rare en campagne.

Le resto et le petit déjeuner étaient sympas et variés.
La literie, devoir se retourner pour ne pas avoir la tête plus basse que les jambes, est peut être dommage dans une suite à ce budget là.
