Cons:

Inadaptés pour les personnes handicapées, on était obligés d'entrer et de sortir par l'accès du personnel comme les autres portes n'étaient pas accessibles en fauteuil roulant électrique.
On a demandé une chambre avec deux lits et on nous a donné une chambre avec un lit double, obligeant à un de nous de passer le nuit sur une canapé sans rien disponible pour se couvrir. Les toilettes et douches étaient inaccessibles pour quelqu'un qui se déplace en fauteuil roulant électrique.

Cons:

Op de website zijn de kamers veel mooier afgebeeld dan i werkelijkheid. Badkamer is oud en vervallen maar op de foto tonen ze een nieuwe badkamer. Op de website staat dat je kan lunchen tot 5 uur middags maar dat is tot 4 uur. Vanaf 5 uur zou je kunnen gaan dineren maar ook dat is niet waar want dan gaat de kok eten. Prima maar zeg dat dan of vermeld dit op de website. Nu kom ik daar pas achter als het restaurant dicht is en ik er om moet vragen. Kreeg dan ook nog eens een bijdehand antwoord van het personeel.

Slechte nachtrust gehad door veel te gehorige kamer.
Pros:

Locatie van het hotel is goed voor een vroege afspraak bij het JBZ in Den Bosch. De algemene uitstraling van het hotel en de kamer was prima. De bedden waren goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer (nr. 53) ligt zo ongunstig dat je nauwelijks kunt slapen door het lawaai. De kamer ligt naast de ingang vanaf de parking bij een hard dichtslaande deur en onder een gehorige trap waarop gasten naar boven moeten. Tot diep in de nacht liepen mensen in en uit en vanaf circa 05.30 uur verlieten mensen het hotel. Daarnaast liet de hygiëne in de badkamer te wensen over, hingen de gordijnen deels los en er hing een rooklucht.

Kamers erg oud en somber, alles geverfd in eenvieze bruine kleur, niet erg schoon. Badkamer vloer plakte

Gedateerd en gehorig hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Nette ontvangst, goed personeel en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.
Parkeren kan op de parkeerplaats naast het hotel met camerabewaking.

Cons:

Hotel is erg verouderd. Kamers doen gewoon oud aan, raambekleding is stuk/versleten, raam sluit slecht. Badkamer is al 20 jaar aan renovatie toe.
En het is EXTREEM gehorig. Je hoort letterlijk ieder woord dat in de kamer naast je gezegd wordt.
