Pros:

Nachtje geboekt vanwege festival. Kamers zeer gedateerd en de muren zijn flinterdun. Echt alles hoor je tot een aantal kamers verderop en de gang. De badkamer rook muf en was verouderd. Maar goed uiteindelijk prijs kwaliteit wel ok. Bedden lagen goed

Wij gaan nooit meer naar dit hotel. Twee jaar op rij hetzelfde probleem. Zeer slecht.

Pasje van de kamer werkte niet waardoor we ‘s avonds niet in de kamer konden komen. Toevallig was er nog een personeelslid aanwezig (wat normaal gesproken niet zo zou zijn). Zij kon een nieuw pasje aanmaken. Anders hadden we moeten overnachten in een andere kamer? Dit hoorden we toen het personeelslid telefonisch contact had met iemand van Fletcher. Vorig jaar hetzelfde probleem gehad. Bijzonder dat dit niet opgelost is.

The lady on reception who checked us in was lovely

Cons:

More attention to items such as the soap dispensers in the rooms having soap in them. Also, the spreads (jams etc.) at breakfast had no jam in them.
