Everything is at your door step. Secure parking and choice of trams & buses to city and surrounding suburbs . We have sold our Fitzroy Nth home and moved to the country, these apt now being our place to return to for catching up with family /friends and business appointment for seasoned mention above .
Stayed in city view 2 apt with huge terrace .

It was very comfortable and in the best location. Ha inc Coles al most next door made it seamless for getting supplies.

Would certainly stay again, it had everything I needed to make for a comfortable stay.

Location is fantastic. Parking is included & can accommodate a large 4WD. Staff were lovely, the room we had was clean, comfortable & roomy.

Pros:

The position cannot be beaten . Steps from Brunswick St with underground security parking included in booking. Every detail of apt has been given consideration . it’s equipped, as if it’s your home. Everything you need is there - from 600cm Oven to clothes pegs. Transport by bus or tram at the door, as well as Coles supermarket ( with high quality pre-made meals if you wish to eat in) bottle shop ) 24 hour 7-11 across the road. The famous , always excellent Mario’s around the corner for you expresso hit !

We have sold our house in Fitzroy Nth , so this position gives us the feeling of we are back , in our neighbourhood ! From top Restaurants , causal cafes to grunge dive bars !
