Comfortable, convenient & close to everything
Pros:

It was very centrally located and close to everything you could need. Coles & Cellarbrations downstairs, cafes & 7/11 just across road & tram stop literally 50 metres round corner. We had a wedding just down the road in Abbotsford so it was ideal. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay in Melbourne here

Pros:

The location was perfect for what we needed, access to public transport too. Just outside the city centre with access to great restaurants, and supermarket ride next door. Own car space included. The apartment was extra spacious for what we needed and will return with our family again

Our overnight stay wasn't long enough!

Brilliant staff, perfect location to everything, spotlessly clean and well appointed with a coffee machine.
Pros:

Staff, location and amazing bed and sheets.

Cons:

I didn’t like that Booking.com didn’t send
me a confirmation a day before arriving with my access details as we were arriving late in the evening. Thankfully there was a staff member who was amazing helpful and friendly.

Space and convenience. Super friendly staff
Pros:

Spacious apartments in the heart of Fitzroy. Great for shopping, cafes and bars. Great having a balcony to judge the weather!

Cons:

No floor or table lamps in the living room, only bright downlights. Isn't great for privacy at night.

It was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything you would need. Location great. Highly recommend.

We were exhausted from lack of sleep and couldn’t wait to get home.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the apartment was well appointed. Everything was clean and of a good standard.

Cons:

The location is terrible. We got very little sleep as the noise from the street and the traffic were non stop. Every night there were many people shouting, fighting and it lasted most of the night. The traffic noise was horrendous.

Convenient and comfy
Pros:

Great location for access to shops, cafes, grocery store and city. Room was large and facilities suited my needs.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

It was very loud being a Saturday night with bars being across the road on a busy street. Pack your ear plugs.
