Fijn hotel in prachtige omgeving!
Pros:

Mooi kasteel, goed verzorgd en fijn personeel. Omgeving is prachtig! Ontbijt uitgebreid, lekker en vers.

Rituals zeep in de wellness en op de kamer.

Welness en gym waren prima. Genoeg om na een dagje erop uit te ontspannen.

Cons:

Op de kamer was het erg heet ondanks dat we de verwarming hadden uitgedraaid.

Badjassen moesten we huren (geen ramp want dat was maar 5 euro pp), maar toch iets wat ik vanzelfsprekend vind in een welness hotel.

The staff from the cosmetic institute was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The staff often appeared rushed and the welcome felt rather impersonal, which did not create a particularly hospitable first impression. In addition, our rooms were not ready at the scheduled check-in time, causing unnecessary inconvenience after arrival.
The rooms themselves were quite dark and felt noticeably dated.
The fitness area was also disappointing: much of the equipment looked very old, and some machines were rusty or not functioning properly.

Tolle Lage, der erste Kaffee morgen auf der Terrasse am Bachlauf ist ein guter Start in den Tag.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider zimmertechnisch eine deutliche Verschlechterung seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt. Nun doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Location is amazing, breakfast and bar are good.

Cons:

Rooms are outdated and the "modern way " to get your room cleaned. If you don't apply for the cleaning of your room by the app, it will not be done.

Al bij al een aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Ontbijt zeker oké en in een prachtig decor. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, maar onderbemand in restaurant op zaterdagavond. Locatie ook de moeite waard.

Cons:

Wij hadden een week vooraf het restaurant geboekt op zaterdag om 19u30. Stipt op tijd, maar hebben 20 minuten moeten wachten alvorens er een drankje kon worden besteld. Hoofdgerecht pas 1u15 later gekregen. Hebben het dessert niet genuttigd wegens geen honger meer van het wachten.
Sauna is zeker oké, maar geen wellnessgevoel vermits geen afscherming van het zwembad en dus héél veel lawaai in de "rustruimte". 35€/dag voor een kleine hond is wat ons betreft schandalig duur.
