Nice hotel with a spa. Room comfortable enough, and it was kind of the hotel to accommodate our request of a ground floor room. The spa was right next to our room so that made it easy to use it every day of our stay and we did appreciate it.
The hotel’s name implies a castle stay but the rooms are in a separate building, nothing castly about them. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive for 20 euros per person.
Kamer top zeer ruim zeer proper personeel heel vriendelijk 😀👍eten diner top op 1klein min puntje na was geen wijnkaart zondag avond bij diner om flesje wijn te kiezen zie graag wat smaak en de wijn inhoud maar hebben dan toch maar Chardonnay wit genomen wat ze voorstelde😀
The surrounding environment is nice and green. The swimming pool is not big but the temperature is nice for a toddler.
The hotel uploaded unrealistic photos of the castle, which is not part of the hotel. I was very disappointed upon arriving to find out the hotel is not in the castle shown in the pictures, which was the main reason why I chose this hotel. The hotel building is just nearby the castle and it's quite old and nothing like the pictures. The hotel restaurant is overpriced in term of service and food.
Een duidelijk verbeterpunt zijn de erg harde kamer deur geluiden als deze dicht vallen, zo hard zelfs dat je er wakker van wordt!
Prachtige start-locatie om na een heerlijk ontbijt al wandelend de omgeving te gaan verkennen. Ruime keuze aan wandelroutes in de directe omgeving. Heerlijk om de wandel-dag af te sluiten met een bezoek aan de sauna en het zwembad.
ruim ontbijt, in verhouding wel erg duur. Grote kamer met efficiente indeling. Voldoende aflegruimte voor toiletspullen. Goed bed/matras. Het enige wat stoorde was het gekraai van de kraaien en roeken in het omgevende bos.
Wellicht een 2e fauteuil op de kamer.
Prachtig gebouw . Maar ze vertellen niet bij het boeken dat je DAAR niet slaapt maar in een bijgebouw
Hygiëne , WC stonk verschrikkelijk . Schoonmaakster net in zitten 💩. Hadden hondje bij ons maar mochten niet de ontbijtzaal in maar werden in een zijkamer gezet .
schitterende ligging in de natuur. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Hele grote hotelkamer. Gratis gebruik van sauna, zwembad en fitnessruimte. Alles heel schoon en netjes. Goede huurfietsen.
Geen bonnetje of papieren factuur bij contante betaling. Receptiepersoneel is niet altijd zichtbaar aanwezig, maar trekt zich vaak terug in hokjes. Te weinig en/of kapotte sleutels van de kastjes in de omkleedruimte van de sauna.
Mooie locatie, goede voorzieningen en vriendelijk personeel.
