The location is exceptional, very close to a grocery shop, cafés, and small local shops, and only a 10‑minute walk from Blenheim Palace.
The staff are very polite, caring, and assisting.
The room was clean, and overall it’s a clean, well‑kept place.
There is good water pressure in the shower and a coffee and tea making station in the room, which is convenient.
The buildings are extremely old and not taken care of from inside , a complete disaster. Everything is very dated, and it’s clear the owners are not investing in maintenance.
The furniture is awful and should not be used anymore, the walls are cracked, and the floors are so noisy you hear every step and every movement from neighbors and across the building.
In the morning, the smell from the kitchen reaches the room, which is very unpleasant.
The product care is poor, and the room price is pricy for this rate, quality is absolutely expected, but not delivered.
Overall the condition is worse than anything I’ve seen — even compared to antique shops.
As a hotelier with 15 years of experience, I experienced real shock seeing a property in this condition.
The only positive point is the people working there , they are polite, caring, and assisting.
I would never recommend this place. Just run.
Lovely bedroom with good size bed and cosy soft bedlinen.
No restaurant for a meal.
Fabulous large room and bathroom. Really quiet, we slept really well. Staff were all extremely kind and attentive. Breakfast excellent.

Near to the location we were visiting and had parking. Was also very clean and comfortable, with good staff.
Unfortunately the main road ran past it so it was quite noisy if the windows were open.

Lo staff è stato accogliente fin dal primo istante e ha subito risolto un piccolo disagio che si era creato con la prenotazione in Booking. La colazione è stata superba e le stanze erano spaziose, curate e pulite. I bambini hanno giocato a lungo a dama nella hall in compagnia di altri ospiti tolleranti e gentili. Location is superb and all the staff is incredibly friendly.
Classy and well located
Wonderful welcome and lovely area inside and out for guests to use. Lovely large bedroom with a good sized appealing ensuite. Really delicious breakfast. Parking included and nice and handy.
We had a comfortable bedroom at the top of the 3 storey hotel (no 10). The parking is at the back of the hotel and is a good place to leave the car and walk to Woodstock and Blenheim. Breakfast was partly buffet with plenty of a la carte options too.
