The well presented clean cosy room with immaculate shower room; the high standard of housekeeping throughout. The very enjoyable breakfast of good quality ingredients well cooked. Finally the welcoming and friendly owners and staff.
Nothing
Friendliness and help from all the staff. Knowledgeable about the area. Parking spaces ample although could be tight to get out for disabled driver.... that would happen if other drivers had vast 4x4's or inconsiderate with their parking. That wasn't the case whilst we were there.
Having a slight walking disability the stairs to the upstairs weren't that easy. I was pleased that we had the upstairs room as the bed and views were excellent. John ( the owner) made sure I was shown the various small steps I had to be aware of. As I said earlier, the staff were very caring and attentive.
Breakfast excellent,
Very quaint and authentic
Slightly noisy from road traffic

Mattress was a bit dated and noisy
Spacious room within a hotel rich in history and heritage. Beautiful garden and some beautiful antique furniture bringing back many childhood memories.
This is not a negative comment or rating, however a suggestion or recommendation for future guests. It may be helpful to let guests know if their room is on the top floor. Given the lack of an elevator travellers can carry an extra smaller bag to carry up the stairs, especially for travellers like us who may be spending 2-5 weeks in the UK.
Location was good and had free parking, room was ok, nice host, good menu choice for breakfast.
Uncomfortable bed, didn’t appear to have clean towels or bedding during 4 night stay. Dark entrance to room door made it difficult with key.
Great location for what we were needing.
Nothing negative at all.
Buena ubicación, desayuno correcto y buena cama supletoria.
Acceso incómodo a las habitaciones, suelo de la habitación hundido y falta de limpieza general.
Well located for our visit to the vineyard Very friendly helpful staff. Clean & comfortable We were made to feel welcome
Nothing to dislike
Breakfast was good.
Overall service, apart from breakfast was abysmal: for example refusal of ordering a taxi or luggage storage on the day of departure. The place is more a b&b than a hotel, and not in a good way.
Parking, quiet, proximity to the Pulborough village centre and the breakfast
The fact I couldn’t see a mirror when the hairdryer was plugged in.
