Pros:

Hotel located further from city centre, in a quiet area. Very friendly personnel. Towels changed and rooms cleaned every day. Great food, every evening different cuisine theme.
Nice walk to the beach (500 m).

Don't be fooled by the price or the photos. My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had, and it offers very poor value for money. The food was very low quality. The chicken appeared undercooked and had an unpleasant smell, and the breakfast was made with cheap ingredients. The sausages, beans and several other items lacked both quality and flavor. The swimming pool was often dirty, and the water was never properly clear or refreshed, making it unpleasant to use. The rooms also had several problems. The hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system instead of individual room controls. So, the room felt humid. The air quality was poor, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom had a persistent urine smell throughout my stay, and the room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly enough to remove the odor. Even the reception area had no air conditioning, making it very hot and uncomfortable. The drinks at the bar were another disappointment. Despite charging high prices, the alcoholic beverages tasted like very low-quality products. Finally, although the location is convenient, it is extremely noisy at night. Constant traffic, cars and motorbikes made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Overall, I felt the quality of this hotel was far below what its prices suggest. And in my opinion, it was not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
