Что такое Grand Hotel Continental..? Или как прожить 5 дней и не пожалеть, что именно в этом отеле!

Отличный отель..Место..Внутри как дворец...Хорошие завтраки..Большие номера..Один из работников на респекшн Драгуш, отзывчивый, внимательный человек готовый всегда придёт на помощь! Спасибо ему! И всем работникам респекшн!! Единственное замечание: отель 5*..За 5 ночей которые мы в нём повели , постельное белье нам не поменяли не разу!! Пару раз не поменяли полотенца! Для такого прекрасного отеля носящего 5* как-то...не очень! А в целом: спасибо!

Very nice but “room” for improvement
Pros:

We liked the location. The room size was fine and well-appointed. We also liked the terrace as the Spotlught Festival was taking place and it was a terrific vantage point to see some of the Festival’s light exhibits.

Cons:

The staff could have been more helpful, for example, at breakfast. A simple offer of coffee or tea would have been appreciated. But they seemed more interested in presenting the bill for breakfast, long before one was done eating. I thought the payment issue was resolved upon check-in but evidently that was not the case.

The umbrellas were a bit tattered but much needed on a rainy day in Bucharest. When brought to the attention of the front desk staff member Walid, his response was, “It’s all we have; it will be good enough.”

For a 5-star property, I think there is just a greater need for attention to detail (those little things that make an ordinary stay a truly memorable one). We purposely selected this property because we wanted to experience a bit of pampering and from the photos it looked old-world elegant. I just wish the experience had matched the photos.

The room temperature was hard to finesse. It was either too hot or too cold.

The terrace, although very nice, needs a cleaning as the surfaces were very dirty.

Perfekter Start für unsere Reise in Rumänien.

Alles! Zimmer (Stil und Grösse), Personal, Frühstück. Position im Zentrum. Perfekter Start für eine Reise in Rumänien.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt am Wochenende ist etwas erschwert, da die Hauptstrasse (Calea Victoriei) geschlossen wird. Man muss von Strada Ion Campineanu anfahren.
