Excelente hotel vistas inigualables
Pros:

El personal muy atento y nos dejaron hacer el check in temprano sin contratiempos, excelente servicio.y las vistas a las montañas espectaculares.

Cons:

Cómo es un poco antiguo el piso es de madera y hace ruido cuando se levanta uno en la madrugada pero nada tan malo.

Pros:

The view of the mountains from the room

Cons:

Very basic - hardly a hotel more like hostel. Needs maintenance and upgrades. No hot water on one of the days we stayed. The hotel location is in Matten and not Interlaken

Debió de ser un gran hotel.
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y el lugar era bonito. La habitación grande y nos dieron una en el último piso con unas vistas maravillosas

Cons:

Esta todo muy dejado. El armario con las puertas rotas, la nevera rota y llena de hielo (aunque funcionaba) y varios desperfectos más. Unos jardines grandes I una piscina pero todo abandonado. Una pena.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement
Hôtel ancien mais avec beaucoup de charme...chambres spacieuses avec vue. Confortables. Très bonne literie

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié un petit déjeuner.

방이 크고 좋았지만, 침대 구조에서 소리가 너무 많이 나서 잠을 잘때 힘들었습니다. 그리고 헤어드라이기가 비치가 되어있지 않았고, 밤 9시-10시에 문의하니 직원이 프런트 데스크로 내려와서 가져가라고 햇습니다. 그건 이해할 수 있는데 쓰고 나서 그 밤에 다시 돌려달라고 해서 불편했습니다. 밤에 일하는 직원 분이 동양인을 얕본다는 생각이 들었습니다. 낮에 일하는 직원분들은 좋았습니다. 방에 헤어드라이기가 없는것은 많이 불편한것 같습니다.
