LOVELY STAY
Pros:

Loved our short stay visit. Charming building full of charachter. Superb location. Staff an absolute pleasure. Very accommodating with all our questions and requests for local eating recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight of our day. With options for fresh bread, cheeses, fruit and meats every morning. Was sorry we didnt get an opportunity to indulge in eggs, but it was always offered. Champagne was most lovely too. Thanks for our wonderful time in your hotel!!

Loved it and mostly loved how vintage it is.
Pros:

The Location close to champs and quite area and close to super market. Loved the large window, I enjoyed it during the time in the room.

3 min walk to Champ Elysees while in quite area away from the noise.

Broken air condition in 35°C
Cons:

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel from July 9 to July 16.
During my stay, we experienced a complete air conditioning failure while temperatures reached 35°C. I was assured that the issue would be resolved, but it never was.
We were eventually transferred to another hotel within the same chain, which also had air conditioning problems. The hotel refused to cover my transfer expenses.
I was also promised compensation for the day we had to stay in a room without air conditioning, but no one ever followed up. I contacted the hotel through Booking.com and received no response.

Malý hotel v poklidné ulici pár minut od Vítězného oblouku.
Pros:

Hotel v poklidné ulici nedaleko Vítězného oblouku. Dobrá snídaně -čerstvá vejce na objednávku. Pokoj pěkný, dostatečně prostorný, vybavený klimatizací. Vstřícný personál.

Cons:

Chodby by si již zasloužily rekonstrukci, v koupelně není sprchový kout, jen vana se sprchovou zástěnou.
