Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. נחמד מאוד אבל ההליכה הארוכה והלא נוחה לכנרת מבאסת.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר גדולה ומגוונת, אווירה כפרית ורגועה, קרוב יחסית לכנרת. אני שהיתי בחדר בוילג' שנראה ששופץ לאחרונה, היה נקי, מעוצב יפה ורגוע, שרוקלחת יפים.

Cons:

אין גישה נוחה לכנרת, היא נורא רחוקה מהמלון ואין אפילו שביל סלול, הכל זה הליכה על אבנים לא נוחות. הבריכה מפוצצת ילדים. ואין שום מקום לעשות על האש.

אחלה מקום אהבנו לגמריי ועוד נחזור

בוילאג- חדרים נקיים, מעוצבים וחדישים. מזגן מעולה, מקלחת שירותים מפנקים וגודל החדר מתאים למשפחה. יש מדשאות ומרחב רב לילדים להתרוצץ ולמבוגרים להתפנן. כסאות ושולחנות לכל חצר מאוד נוח. הבריכה חדשה לגמרי מאוד נקיה ונעימה, טמפרטורה טובה, יש אבזור וגדרות לילדים. קיוסק צמוד לבריכה. ארוחת בןקר מגוונת. ריח טוב בלובי ובמלון.

שירותו של יורם היה מעל למצופה כל דבר שרצינו לשאול או לבדוק תמיד ענה בחיוב ועזר!! :)

ראוי לציין שיורם המנהל ליווה אותנו בחיוך לחדר והסביר בצורה מפורטת על מתקני המלון .
יורם התעקש שנשתף אותו בכל צורך שלנו וגרם לנו להרגיש בנוח.הוא בא לקראתנו בעלויות השונות וגם שרצינו לבצע שינויים , זה נעשה מצידו בהארת פנים וברצון אמיתי לעזור.
החוויה הכללית השאירה לנו רושם טוב מהמלון ומהצוות .
