Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. מצוינות אמיתית של מלון בוטיק
Pros:

מלון נהדר שניכר ששואף למצוינות בכל פרט. שילוב של מיקום מצוין עם חוף פרטי ופעילויות לילדים. הרגשה של מלון בוטיק בחול עם שירות אישי לכל פניה ע"י הצוות בראשותו של יורם המקסים. אין ספק שנחזור שוב.

רמת הניקיון בחדר טעונה שיפור. היו מלא נמלים והחדר לא היה נקי. היה ניכר שלא ניקו כמו שצריך לפני הכניסה לחדר וגם לא במהלך השהות שלנו

No service whatsoever. Too bad.
Pros:

The dinner but only water to drink…

Cons:

The room was tiny and there is no room service! The stuff were bad behaved and the balcony was on the ground right where people are walking so everyone can see you and just jump in to ur room.
The pool is awful and not clean, nothing to drink other than water at dinner and no one to help you with ur bags. I really don’t recommend anyone to go there unless u have to for some unknown reason.

Pros:

The food was exceptional and the staff extremely welcoming and hospitable.

It could have been cleaner, the pool is a bit on the small side and the air condition in the room made horrible noise

המדשאות מסביב, ההווי והחוויה היו טובים מאוד.

הכל היה מושלם. ארוחת בוקר טעימה ובשפע. חדרים נקיים ומסודרים. היה לנו נוף לכנרת וזה היה חלומי. כמו בתמונה. צוות אדיב ונחמד.. הטלויזיה מדי פעם התנתקה אך הגיע צוות במיידי לתקן.. הכל מותאם למשפחות וילדים וזה היה ממש מורגש..

הייתה לי חוויה פשוט מהממת בנוף גינוסר. המקום מקסים, האווירה נהדרת והשהות הייתה נעימה ומפנקת, אבל מי שבאמת הפך את החוויה שלי למיוחדת היה יורם המדהים. היחס שלו, האכפתיות, החום והרצון לעזור בכל דבר גרמו לי להרגיש באמת בבית. אנשים כמו יורם הם בדיוק מה שהופך חופשה טובה לחוויה שזוכרים. ❤️
