Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

מיקום מושלם ממש על שפת הכנרת! קיבלנו חדר מרווח ומפנק עם נוף מרהיב לאגם, והמיטה הייתה נוחה ברמות. הצוות במלון פשוט יוצא מן הכלל – אדיב, קשוב ונכון לעזור בכל דבר ובחיוך. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טרייה, עשירה וטעימה מאוד. בקיצור, הכל היה "מאוד" – במובן הכי חיובי שיש. מומלץ בחום!

Pros:

Мы заказывали комнату с видом на сад, на ресепшене нам дали ключи от комнаты с видом на озеро, что, конечно, было намного лучше.

Ich kam in das Hotel und schon begrüßte mich jemand. Sofort boten sie mir ein Jus und Datteln an. Sofort kam jemand und zeigte mir mein wunderschönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, zu gut, um nicht zuviel zu essen. Alles super.
Der Herr an der Rezeption sprach schweizerdeutsch, so fühlte ich mich erst recht wohl.

Cons:

Wäre gut ein Hinweis bei der Rezeption, dass der Essenssaal oben ist.

רוצה להמליץ מכל הלב על המלון נוף גינוסר. עברנו חוויה חיובית מאוד! יורם קיבל את פנינו באדיבות ובחיוך ועזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. החדרים מעוצבים יפה ומסודרים, המלון יפה ועם ארוחת בוקר ממש מפנקת. ממליצה בחום!
