Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. חוויה קיבוצית מקסימה ומהנה הילדים היו בעננים בטוח נחזור

המלון פשוט, נקי, יפה ומטופח מאוד, אווירה קיבוצית מלא מדשאות יפות ומטופחות בין החדרים, היינו בחג שבועות בכל יום היו מינימום שתי הפעלות שוות לילדים, החדר משחקים פתוח מהבוקר עד אחהצ עם מפעיל מקסים שהיה ממש מתוק עם הילדים, לא הייתה בריכה בתקופה שהתארחנו ואם הייתה אחת כזו זה היה מושלם אפילו יותר,אכלנו בוקר וערב במלון וצהריים יש עגלת קפה צמודה וגם מרכז קניות עם פיצות ועוד כל מיני 8 דק נסיעה משם

התארחנו במלון וזו הייתה פשוט חוויה מושלמת ויוצאת מן הכלל.
כבר מהרגע שהגענו קיבלנו יחס חם, אדיב ומקצועי מכל אנשי הצוות, עם תחושה אמיתית שאכפת להם מכל פרט קטן. השירות היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד !! תמיד עם חיוך, זמינות ורצון לעזור.
החדרים היו נקיים, נעימים ומטופחים, וההשקעה בפרטים הקטנים הורגשה בכל מקום במלון. המיקום מדהים, ממש על הכנרת, בגלל שהתארחנו במלון חיכו לנו כיסאות ומגבות בחוף זה עשה את החוויה הרבה יותר נוחה וחלומית.
האווירה רגועה ונוף יפהפה לאורך כל השהות.
גם האוכל היה פשוט מצוין !מגוון רחב, טרי, טעים ומוגש בצורה מושקעת. נוף יפה מחדר האוכל אל הכנרת, הכל נקי ברמה גבוהה וכל ארוחה הייתה חוויה בפני עצמה.
למלון יש חניה נוחה, קיבלנו המלצות על מקומות סביב, כל המלון עם צמחייה יפיפיה וצמחי תבלין שניתן לקטוף בכדי להכין תה חלומי בחדר..

בקיצור, הייתה לנו חופשה מושלמת, הרבה מעבר לציפיות. ממליצים מכל הלב ונשמח בהחלט לחזור שוב

היתה מסיבה ביום שבאתי עד שעה 23 ולא יכולתי לישון
יום למחרת אחרי ארוחת הבוקר בזמן את הדשא עם רעש נוראי ולכן לא הצלחתי לנוח . גם בקשתי אמבטיה ולמרות שהיו עשרות חדרים פנויים נאמר לי שלא ניתן לספק.
