Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

מלון מקסים עם עיצוב חדשני ויפייפה, פתרון מעולה למי שאוהב את הכנרת

פעם ראשונה שהחדרים יפים יותר במציאות מאשר בתמונות! חזרנו אחרי 5 שנים וקיבלנו חדר חדש שהיה יפייפה!!!! החדר מעוצב בצורה מרהיבה, נקי, הכל היה טיפ-טופ, לא נפל ממלונות יוקרה בחו״ל! בכלל כל המלון עבר עיצוב מחדש ושאפו למעצבים! יורם המנהל היה מקסים איכפתי ונחמד. המלון היה מלא, דתיים אוהבים אותו וגם חילונים, מתאים גם וגם, חדר אוכל חביב. הקפה בלובי מושלם!

הבריכה בשיפוץ וזה גורע מהחוויה של המלון, במקום הילדים קיבלו מתנפחים עם מים. החוף היה מטונף למרות המאמצים של עובדי המלון (מגיעים אנשים פחות איכותיים שלא קשורים למלון ומוסיקה רועשת בלתי נסבלת שלא הפסיקה) המלון צריך לאסור על מוסיקה… נחזור שוב כשהבריכה תפתח…
