Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

חוויה מדהימה ומרגיעה מאוד, נגיע שוב בוודאות
Pros:

פעם ראשונה שהיינו במלון נוף גנוסר והזמנו בדקה התשעים, הגענו למלון עם ילדה בת שלוש וילדה בת שנה, לפני ההגעה למלון יורם דאג להתקשר ולוודא איתנו את הצרכים לילדות.
כשהגענו הצוות ויורם בעיקר האירו פנים בשמחה ונתנו לנו תחושה נעימה עם ההגעה.
בקרבת המלון יש גן משחקים קטן שענה לנו על הצורך עם הילדות, ונאמר לנו שבקרוב תפתח בריכה שמתאימה לילדים במתחם.
החדרים משופצים יפים ונוחים ממש והמיקום והנוף ממש יפים.
בקיצור חווייה מומלצת מאוד,
כנראה שנגיע שוב

המלון בשיפוצים. רעש בנחיה מהבוקר מוקדם.
במחיר ששילמנו מצופה לקבל קפה איכותי בחדרים, ולא אבקה עלית. המקרר בחדר רועש שצריך לנתק אותו כדי ללכת לישון. קיבלנו בקבוק יין עם חולץ פקקים חד פעמי . בלתי אפשרי לחלץ איתו פקק. פרטים קטנים שלא מכבדים את המחיר ששילמנו

איש הביטחון נכנס חופשי לחדר שלנו, לאחר שהוא שיקר ואמר שבקבלה אמרו לו ששם מתגוררת משפחה בשם אחר!
לא הודיע לנו ולא קיבל מאיתנו כל אישור להיכנס לחדר 102 ו״הרגיע״ אותנו במילים ״הכל בסדר, אני איש ביטחון״! מבקש שדברים אלה יגיעו להנהלה ויופקד שלא ישנו עוד!!!
