Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

נהנינו מכל רגע ומקווה שנחזור בקרוב

המקום והמיקום מדהימים, הצוות אדיב, נעים ושירותי, כל בקשותינו נענו בחיוב ועם חיוך.
המדשאות, פינות ישיבה קסומות, ערסלים, צמחייה מטופחת ומלבלבת, נופים מרהיבים - פשוט תענוג.
בריכה כיפית וחוף כינרת פרטי עם כיסאות והצללה.
ואפילו עגלת קפה בכניסה ומגרשי פאדל זמינים עד 12 בלילה!

המלון מרגיש בוטיקי ואיכותי, לכל הצוות יש מאור פנים ולכולם נחמד ונעים. מעניקים שירות בצורה הטובה ביותר. ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת ביותר ויש הכל מהכל! בשפע ובטריות. החוף נגיש וקרוב, החדרים מפנקים ומהנים. בטוחה שאחזור שוב ושוב!

בהחלט נחזור. הייתה לנו חוויה נפלאה!

הייתה לנו חוויה נפלאה.
נסענו זוג פלוס שתי בנות, שהינו בחדר משפחתי בוילג' שהיה מרווח ונעים, על בסיס חצי פנסיון.
המלון עצמו מצוין (!), יש תחושה של ריזורט, מלא דשא, מרחבים, הכל מטופח ומושקע, יש ירידה נוחה לכנרת.
חשוב לציין שהשירות במלון ברמה גבוהה. האדיבות והרצון לעזור של כלל צוות המלון ממש מורגשת.
יש גם מועדון ילדים חמוד עם משחקים ויצירות לילדים, בריכה חדשה ויפה עם מזנון אטרקטיבי.
ארוחת הבוקר מעולה, הכל הרגיש איכותי וטרי, הירקות, המאפים וכדומה; ארוחת הערב מגוונת אבל טעונה מעט שיפור.
בהחלט נחזור בשנה הבאה!

חוויה של ריזורט ואין ספק שהמקום עושה מאמצים כדי לחדש ולשפץ. חשוב לדעת שיש חדרים ויש חדרים- יש יחידות שהן ממש חלק מחוויית הריזורט , יש את הוויליג׳ אבל יש גם בניינים- אז צריך לדעת לאן מגיעים.
מתחם בריכה גדול מאוד, עגלת קפה מושלמת בחוץ יחד עם מתחם פאדל שווה ביותר.

יש מקום לשיפור ברמת הניקיון וחלק מהחדרים לא מאוד גדולים- צריך פשוט להיות מודעים איפה מתמקמים.

היה רעש בלתי נסבל של מוזיקה מהאורחים החוף שמציגים של המלון הוא לא באמת של המלון מלא באנשים שהם לא אורחים
בנוסף בגלל שמרת שבת המכונות קפה לא פועלות אז יש כפייה על מי שלא שומר לפחות שבתמורה למחיר האסטרונומי ששלימתי תהייה מכונת קפה בחדר.

חוץ מזה שירות על הפנים.

קיבלנו חדר שונה מההזמנה
הגענו בחמישי בערב
בהתחלה הכל היה יפה ונחמד האיש שירות ליווה אותנו לחדר והראה הכל והיה מאוד שירותי וחייכן
אחרי כמה רגעים הבנו שקיבלנו חדר אחר ממה שהזמנו
הכל יותר קטן ובעיקר השירותים שהיה אמור גם לכלול אמבטיה לפי התמונות.
הלכנו לאותו איש שירות וכמובן שכבר לא היה נחמד ואמר שאין מה לעשות ולמרות שהתמונות שונות לחלוטין השם של החדר אותו דבר אז קיבלנו מה שהזמנו.
במשך 20 דק של ויכוח שלא הניב לכלום יצאנו עצבניים ובתחושה של כסף לפח כי הוספנו כסף לחדר שבחרנו לפי התמונות.
מאכזב מאוד ולא נחזור לשם יותר. לא ממליץ.

המלון משופץ, החדרים יפים. קרבה לחוף הים. ארוחת בוקר נחמד מאד עם מבחר גדול. קרבה נוחה לטבריה ולמסעדות באזור.

Cons:

המלון היה מאד עמוס כשהגענו במשפחות עם ילדים קטנים אז אולי פחות מתאים לזוגות שרוצים שקט. אין בריכה- היא בשיפוצים.
