Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Cons:

בשביל זוג +2 החדר היה קטן מדי.
בנוסף, בבוקינג הטעו אותנו לגבי המחיר ונאלצנו לשלם תוספת מחיר עבור הילדים כשהגענו למלון.

Comfortable and affordable

The staff were excellent.
The spa was nice, and my massage was wonderful.

אהבנו את החדר בגדול. המיקום טוב.. בימים הראשונים הינו כמעט לבד במלון וזה היה נחמד.

Cons:

המזרנים היו נוראיים. חזרנו עם כאבי גב קשים הביתה. ארוחת הבוקר לא הרגישה טריה. הירקות עייפים, המבחר, הבייצים מתובלות לא טוב. בינוני מאוד. ביום אחרון הגיעו לפתע הרבה אנשים וחיכינו המון זמן לשולחן. היה בלגן גדול. לא היה צוות שעזר. הייתה תחושת כאוס.

הקבלת פנים היתה נעימה ועברה חלק, החדרים וכל המלון מצוחצחים, בארוחת ערב יש על השולחנות שמות ומקומות שמורים ככה שלא צריך לחפש מקום לשבת. האוכל במיוחד בארוחת ערב ברמה גבוהה

כל מתקני הבריכה משותפים לקאנטרי ומכיוון שהבריכה החיצונית עדיין לא היתה פתוחה היה עומס על הבריכה המקורה והג'קוזי, אז קצת התבאסנו

מלון עם פוטנציאל להיות מושלם אבל הצוות עם תודעת שירות נוראית.
כמה חבל.
אבל המלון ממש מתאים למשפחות וקבוצות , אוכל ממש טוב נוף וקאנטרי נחמד
החדרים קצת ישנים
ותוודאו אם החדר עם מרפסת או לא

לא שירותי
ואפילו וכחן.. שפנינו עם בעיה שהם סירבו לעזור איתה - עוד לא הספקנו להתרחק והפקיד קילל את אחותי.
היו מלא בעיות עם הצוות שלדעתי מאוד הורסים את החוויה של המלון

The grandkids enjoyed the pool and the very large kiddie pool.
Pros:

We had a great weekend with our children and grandchildren. They gave us 5 rooms next to each other and the kids really enjoyed our stay. It was really a nice Shabbat vacation!
