Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. טוב אבל.. קראו את כל הביקורת
Pros:

מלון עם פוטנציאל להיות מושלם אבל הצוות עם תודעת שירות נוראית.
כמה חבל.
אבל המלון ממש מתאים למשפחות וקבוצות , אוכל ממש טוב נוף וקאנטרי נחמד
החדרים קצת ישנים
ותוודאו אם החדר עם מרפסת או לא

הצוות מתנשא
לא שירותי
ואפילו וכחן.. שפנינו עם בעיה שהם סירבו לעזור איתה - עוד לא הספקנו להתרחק והפקיד קילל את אחותי.
היו מלא בעיות עם הצוות שלדעתי מאוד הורסים את החוויה של המלון

The grandkids enjoyed the pool and the very large kiddie pool.
Pros:

We had a great weekend with our children and grandchildren. They gave us 5 rooms next to each other and the kids really enjoyed our stay. It was really a nice Shabbat vacation!

Great stay near the center
Pros:

Comida muito boa e Quartos muito confortáveis.
Pros:

Tudo excelente. Porém equipe da recepção bastante antipática. Algumas vezes pedimos informações sobre locomoção e eles não fizeram nenhum esforço para ajudar. Em outra ocasião optamos por jantar no hotel. A equipe do restaurante passou um valor. E a Equipe da recepção cobrou outro valor, sem sequer explicar que talvez o pessoal do restaurante estivesse enganado.

Pros:

I didn't stay at ramet Rachel, but I have been a guest at their
Swimming pool several times.
It used to be better
With a bigger hottub and bigger outdoor pool.
I have found the staff not to be friendly at all. I paid as a guest 100 shekels to enter. I assumed this included the gym and swimming facilities. Once I entered the fitness room to use the exercise bicycle they told me I wasn't allowed to use the bike and to get off.
I been going to Ramet Rachel to try and rehabilitate my ankle after a very bad injury.I asked them if I can just use the bike for 5 mins, they replied no. This doesn't encourage me anytime
Soon to become a member of their sports center. Also, in the swimming pool, I asked if
I can use the noodle ( floating device). Remember im injured and struggle to get around.
They told me no and its only for training and there were 100s of floating noodle devices not being used. It wasn't like I would steal it. By the way they only are worth 10 shekels, I even asked to buy one from them, their reply was No.
Honestly with this experience,. I rather do my rehabilitation somewhere else. There is no customer service or disire to please the customers. Very bad attitude of staff and a rip off.

לאחר פעם שלישית במלון קשה לי להאמין שנחזור ללא שינוי מקווה. שתהיה לנו הזדמנות לחוויה מתקנת

Много поломанных вещей, пульт, лифт..
Бассейн находится не в самом отеле, а рядом на территории в комплексе кантри: где постоянно тренируются пловцы и нет места для купания постояльцам отеля!
