Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays check-in time is 2.5 hours after sunset.

חדר גדול, מיטה נוחה וגדולה, בריכות כיפיות, אווירה נעימה, נוף יפה, קרוב מאוד לירושלים, יש בית קפה חלבי במקום, קיבלנו פינוקים לחדר, ארוחת בוקר טעימה מאוד
הכל היה מעולה
מיקום מעולה לאטרקציות בירושלים, בריכות השחיה מעולות, המגלשת מים מוסיפה לכיף, ספא, שפתוחים עד שעה מאוחרת. כשהגענו חיכתה לנו בחדר צלחת עם מטבלים, קרקרים וזיתים והיה מפתיע וטעים וממש במקום כי היינו רעבים וזה סגר פינה. בחדר קומקום וקפסולות לקפה וברוחב לב. הצוות בקבלה מאוד שרותי וזמין. המלון נקי ונעים. סביבת המלון מלאה מדשאות ופרחים ויש הרבה חניה. לילדות הצליאקיות דאג מנהל המטבח המקסים לצלחת עם פנקייקים, עוגיות וקורנפלקס ללא גלוטן וגם לפיצה ללא גלוטן.
היינו שמחים לעוד מגוון מאפים ועוגות בארוחת הבוקר.
נהננו מאוד. שירות אדיב אוכל טעים מלון נקי רגוע הופעות מהנות מתקני מתנפחים ומסיבת קצף לילדים בריכה מדהימה לפעוטות מסעדה טעימה בקאנטרי.
ביקשתי מראש למקם אותנו קרוב למעלית ומרחב מוגן בשל מגהלה פיזית נענתי בחיוב כשהשארתי פניה ובפועל שמו אותנו בסוף המסדרון הכי רחוק שניתן מהמעלית ומהמרחב המוגן , מאכזב ומקשה מניחה שמישהו לא שם לב
מלון מצויין למשפחות עם ילדים. נקי, מסודר, ארוחות מגוונות וטעימות.
ביום האחרון היינו צריכים להתקשר 3 פעמים לקבלה על מנת לקבל מגבות וזה התפספס. זה הדבר היחיד שהיה בטעם לא טוב. שאר השהות באמת מצויינת

The cleaning wasn’t the best…lots of dust and other issues

The hotel is well taken care of, the pool facility was nice, big and well equipped.
The food was satisfying. And a few possibilities for gluten free restrictions. The hotel reception called us before arrival to make sure that they aware of our food restrictions (not obvious)
There was a free tour at the Kibuzts and a wine workshop.
The family room was old, and there was noise.
We had ants on the wall next to the bed.
The pool closed on Sunday until noon and closed on Friday Eve.

נקי , מסודר , אוכל איכותי וטעים ומגוון, שירות אדיב ונדיב.
הייתה חופשה מושלמת.. חיפשנו משהו שונה מאילת והתאהבנו במלון הה לחופשה משפחתית , חד משמעית נגיע שוב ושוב!!!

שחזרנו הבייתה .. חח
העיצוב של החדר והלובי היה יפה ונעים
הבריכה היתה עמוסה, אנשים הביאו איתם חטיפים ובקבוקי זכוכית והדשא היה מלוכלך ונראה מוזנח. לא אהבתי את הישיבה העמוסה על הדשא, זה רגיש יותר כמו קאנטרי שכונתי מאשר מלון שמשלמים עבור לילה מעל 1300 ש"ח לזוג
מלון מושלם למשפחות עם ילדים.
נקי,נעים,מאורגן,הכל באותו מתחם- קאנטרי, חדר אוכל מעולה, מרחב ואווירה טובה.
החדר מעט קטן עבור 3 אנשים בעיניי, יחד עם זאת הוא ממש נקי ונעים ואסטטי .
בשבת מורגש עומס בקאנטרי, כנראה בגלל כניסת אנשים שאינם אורחי המלון. אבל גם עם זה האירוח שווה ונעים וביחס לכל מומלץ!
