Heel fijn hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Geweldige value for money, top personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie kamer, we kregen een upgrade en prima bedden. Mooie badkamer met douche en bad. Aparte kamer voor het toilet.
Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt.

Sauber und gemütlich..hotelbar mit Auswahl verschiedener Speisen und Getränke.
Großes Zimmer nach Upgrade ohne Mehrkosten.

Cons:

Teppichbeläge in Zimmer nicht zeitgemäß/Red flag für Allergiker.. Matratzen sehr weich.. Aschenbecher draußen waren voll.
Personal spricht Englisch...kein Fahrdienst.

Un bon accueil, un bon dîner, une bonne nuit et un magnifique petit-déjeuner. Que demander de plus?
Pros:

La chambre était parfaite pour nous. Sa position permet une bonne vue de l'environnement extérieur. Quant aux équipements de la chambre, on n'a pas à se plaindre. En tous les cas, merci.

Cons:

Cette nuit là, il faisait exceptionnellement froid dans la ville, et nous avons considéré que la chambre était un peu froid malgré un compteur qui nous indiquait un chauffage optimum. Nous avons signalé cela à l'accueil. Nous avons eu droit à la proposition d'un chauffage individuel électrique qui nous a bien "sauvé la vie". En un mot votre écoute efficace nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit. Merci pour cela.

Het was voor de prijs prettig en ontspannen en best rustig

De ruimte van de kamer met balkon en ontbijt

Het was een luxe kamer
Maar zo voelt het net niet aan
De handdoeken zijn niet fijn
Het wc papier is hard
Overal beschadigde muren
Geen koffie en koelkast op de kamer

Pros:

Mooie schone en ruime kamer

Cons:

Jammer dat de van tevoren bestelde maaltijd bestaande uit zuurkool stamppot met beenham niet kon worden geserveerd. Er was geen beenham meer. Daarvoor een paar plakken dikgesneden ham in de plaats. Gemiste kans!

An excellent, value for money hoteI that I will come back to.
Pros:

I love this hotel. Large, comfortable rooms, very very clean and importantly for me: kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The shower is also very good. The bus stop with a bus taking you directly to central station in Groningen is right outside on the main road which is handy for me since I don't use a car.

Cons:

For me? Nothing.
