Cons:

Hotel vindt het kennelijk normaal om een vergaderzaal te verhuren in dezelfde gang waar ook hotelgasten verblijven… om 06:30 in de ochtend!! Bedienend personeel in het restaurant ook niet erg gastvrij.

Pros:

Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit dem Nachttresor Zugang. Dafür wurde uns ein Viertel der Kosten für die Buchung erstattet. Super nettes Personal und angenehmes Ambiente. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Hoe lang niet schoongemaakt?
Pros:

Het was stil dus ontspanning was prima.
Het ontbijtbuffet was simpel maar uitgebreid en inbegrepen in de prijs.

Cons:

Er was niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd dat men voor 22u dient in te checken. Wij waren iets na 22u op locatie en dat werd niet gewaardeerd. Al met al weinig flexibiliteit, ook met vroege uitcheck.
De kamer was niet goed schoon. Er zat zoveel stof dat mijn kleding een dag later een witte gloed gaf aan de binnenkant.
Ook liepen de gootsteen en afvoerput in de douche niet goed door, wat een natte bende opleverde.

Net verblijf nabij centrum van Roden ( 1 km lopen)
Pros:

We kregen een prima ontbijt, er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

De verwarming stond roodgloeiend en de radiator knop was kapot waardoor we, ondanks de open deur, het veel te warm hadden. We hebben dit euvel gemeld bij de receptie.

Prima voor een nachtje na een concert in de Oosterpoort.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met apart toilet en balkon, uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Achterstallig onderhoud: zwaar beschadigde liftkozijnen, douchedeur sloot niet goed daardoor loopt het water in de badkamer, veel kalkaanslag, allemaal vrij eenvoudig en tegen lage kosten op te lossen, geeft toch een minder ‘aftands’ beeld.

We´ll be back definitely.
Pros:

This time we had rent a Suite, and it was great (except a lack of wardrobe (too small)). huge space, seperated WC, whirl pool in the bath(tub), sky-shower, (gas-) chimney/fire, 2 TV-screens, big windows, balcony, perfect view over town and (free) parking space. Staff and service were perfectly friendly. Foods & beverages/breakfast & dinner great (except the scrambled eggs, they still seem to be "powder-made"). We´ll be back definitely (two bookings are already made).
