Very nice hotel/lodge with clean rooms and very friendly reception staff!
Good clean lodge. Exactly what you need for overnight stay by airport. There's a shortcut to go to bus stop, which Google maps don't have. Ask staff member to show.
No breakfast
First appearances were tired and grubby. Shower over bath was very basic and confined.
It's exactly what I wanted. The manager, Uslama, is very accommodating and will do his utmost to help. I can't praise him highly enough.
Just to make it clear that you need to bring some form of id to check in.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Very good place and location to stay. Unfortunately, the only problem is the neighbours next room can be noisy as ecos go through week walls
The location, parking, and the room.
Great location , with bus stop to Brighton
The staff was pretty nice and ready to help.
The room was dirty. Maybe some vacuum cleaning would help, but at this point they really need to get a deep cleaning of the carpet. There was food below the bed and the room smelled quite weird.
What breakfast - nothing offered.
The room was small with a double bed. One side of bed against the wall.
Building looked pretty.
Front door was unlocked, no-one at the desk, room door was unlocked anyone could have been in there before we got to it. I paid for Deluxe room, was extremely basic, bathroom was mouldy, bedroom was filthy, mattress was far too soft.
The bed was a good size and very comfortable. It was Quiet and the Shower had good pressure
There was a guy on reception when we arrived and then we never saw anyone again, despite ringing the bell for service.
The room was tiny, there wasn't a lot of space to move around the bed (which took up most the room).
The room wasn't clean. Inside the wardrobe was caked in dust, you couldn't put anything clean clothes in there. There was chocolate left on the floor from the last guest.
Twice, the guy in the room next to us tried to get into our room. First time I was getting dressed and our door was unlocked, the 2nd time was in the middle of the night, luckily our door WAS locked.
The main entrance door remained unlocked the whole time we were there.
Good location close to gatwick. Less then 10 minutes walk to tesco. Friendly staff.
It was unreasonably warm in the property even tho it was cold outside. I had to sleep without blankets because of it.
