Pros:

Tea and coffee, bedding clean, clean towels. You get what you pay for. It was somewhere to get ready and catch some zzz for a wedding. Basic hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Relatively clean. No frills

Cons:

It does get warm! But we opened windows and used fan

Beds were comfy

Also was allowed to check in an hour early

Great room, well laid out and good facilities overall.
Always a cheerful welcome and very helpful staff

Cons:

Radiators in the room and bathroom both need bleeding, rads only get properly hot at the bottom.
Unsecured cable over wardrobe.to the TV is untidy on the floor.
Fire door in the stairwell to the first floor is always stuck open.

Slight shame that the TV isn't wall mounted as it takes up a lot of the desk space, but the additional table and chairs alleviates this issue somewhat.

No plug in the bath.

Great Hotel when like me had early flight out from Gatwick.
Pros:

Convenient for Gatwick Airport, good parking avialible.

Cons:

Only down side was the room didn't have any towels, luckily had my own.

Leak dripping down inside room
Pros:

Cons:

There was a leak dripping down on the inside on the windowsill coming from the room above, I think it was room 204 that I stayed in, it wasn't due to the rain, I took a video on my phone and the noise woke me up a few times, and I'm ant able to add video to review so I took a screenshot form video

В номере очень грязно, там убирались как будто бы никогда , огромный слой пыли на сушилке и на стульях. Предупредили о позднем заезде, но никто не встретил. Полчаса пытались дозвониться, чтобы нас заселили. Выдали номер дистанционно и там были инструменты в ванной. Душ не подключен. Пришлось мыться в раковине.

The character and the friendly staff clean rooms not great shower pressure but worth it for the price

Cons:

The fact you have to pay for the car park but there is a street inside
It does say somewhere the car park is complimentary but it’s £5 a day but was worth it and there is a street outside which is free.

Pros:

My room had everything I needed

Cons:

Everything is crammed in. There is no wasted space. Made it hard to do the stretches I needed to be able to function properly.

Cons:

Everything, avoid, it is disgusting & one of the most dirtiest places I've stayed in !! Dirt ,dust, pet hair all over the bed, stains, cover doesn't fit the bed, blocked sink, broken toilet flush.should be shut down. I have added just a few pictures, I do have more.
