Quirky, unique and super friendly
Pros:

So unique and quirky, great location. Staff were amazing and really went out of their way.

Cons:

Nothing major, only thing is I stayed on a Friday night and the bar is super popular so you could hear music and bass most of the night. To be expected.

Pros:

Staff were lovely. Location is amazing. The free cocktail was a treat. The hotel was different and fun.
Bed was really comfy.

Cons:

Really enjoyed the experience but if any negative some areas looked like they could do with a refresh of paint.

Great location and staff, fun and hip hotel!
Pros:

the location and the staff could not have been better! bus stop is basically right outside the hotel, and the underground is a short 4-5 minute walk away — getting around London from here is a piece of cake! the staff were extremely helpful, helping with bags up and down from the room, loading up the Uber, etc. the hotel itself is quirky in the best ways, with an eccentric and lively design. live music on the weekends to really seal the vibe of the place.

Cons:

the size of the rooms are unfortunately a bit cramped if you’re on a longer holiday and have a few bags.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very cosy rooms, fabulous quirky decor. Very welcoming & friendly staff. They give you coins for a free drink in the bar below. Really loved this place

Pros:

Met bepaalde verwachtingen begonnen wij onze reis in het hotel. Bij aankomst was de service en het personeel ontzettend goed. De aankleding van het hotel was prachtig en de voorzieningen waren precies wat we nodig hadden. Een unieke locatie in een super gave stad.

Not brilliant on atmosphere - experience was average/below. The 2 bedroom suite was well appointed
Pros:

There was no offer/invitation to have breakfast and on the evening of our stay there was a private party so we were not welcome in the bar lounge area which was not very welcoming and based on the fact there was no where else in the hotel to relax and have a drink. It felt more like you were an inconvenience rather than a guest. It was not what I would call a positive inclusive experience. While the staff were pleasant they were not necessarily engaged with the customer.

Cons:

More customer service needed to make you feel like you would stay there again or recommend. A welcome chat with what was available at the hotel where one could have breakfast, some interactive advice and pampering.

Spacious apartment. Close to bus stop and underground station.

Cons:

We booked an apartment advertised on booking.com with 3 beds but on arrival had to pay an extra £35 per night for 5 nights for an awful, tiny, uncomfortable put up bed only suitable for a small child.. My 58 year old disabled brother had to sleep in it because I have a bad back and my parents are 86 and 88 years old. We had to put this in the kitchen area! Really noisy outside and from apartment above us into early hours of the morning. No soundproofing from windows or neighbours above. Could hear drilling coming from shop below or another apartment during the day. Service charge of £85 requested on departure when queried was told that you don't have to pay it. Overall it was disappointing and can't understand all the wonderful reviews about this hotel.

Eccentric decor, would reccomend
Pros:

Great hotel would come back again! Has an attached bar and incredible eccentric decor. Staff were very good and attentive, our only issue was working the TV which they resolved very quickly

Cons:

Not a great view from our room, music could be heard from the bar as we were directly above it (this was okay but wish we had warning)
