Pros:

Quirky hotel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Beds comfortable. Free cocktail included. Excellent location for Royal Albert Hall.

Cons:

Bathroom in our eaves room was a squeeze.

Nice one night stay in a good location.
Pros:

Rooms where nice and comfortable, perfect for a short a stay.

Cons:

Our room was right over the bar/front entrance so could here music until late. Not ideal if your a lite sleeper or need to be up early in the morning.

Hip hotel op een mooie locatie.
Pros:

De kamer is ruim genoeg en de service is goed. De ligging aan het park is top. Ook stopt er een bus voor de deur.

Cons:

De bar van het hotel is erg duur. Er worden 5% servicekosten gerekend bij vertrek. Deze zijn optioneel, maar lastig af te wijzen.

Excellent Location - Quirky Hotel
Pros:

The room was superb, we went for autograph and although we were expecting something a little bigger it definitely lived up to the photos. The location was excellent a ten minute walk from High St Kensington Tube, and close enough to walk to the musueums on Cromwell Road. Staff were friendly those that we saw.

Cons:

The bathroom was small which was difficult at times. We were also given a bill which had a 'discretionary' payment on it (which I didn't pay) which was described as a tip for the housekeeping staff. I would have given a tip personally if I had wanted too.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft für einen Londonbesuch
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Kensington Garden und öffentlich sehr gut angebunden! Das Bett war sehr bequem und Zimmer sowie Badezimmer für Londoner Verhältnisse groß!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Fenster in den Hof unsere Aussicht bestand hauptsächlich aus Klimaanlagen, außerdem war das Zimmer direkt über der Bar, so dass wir am Wochenende die Musik durchhörten.

Außergewöhnliches Boutique Hotel in Top Lage mit hohem Komfort

Ein etwas anderes Boutique Hotel, außergewöhnlich, aber ich war rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Cocktails, die man zur Buchung dazu bekommt, waren gut. Die Lage ist absolut klasse. Empfehlen kann ich das Japan House in der Nähe sowie natürlich den Kensington Park.

Ich würde wiederkommen. Für Londoner Verhältnisse war das Zimmer groß genug. Ich habe gut geschlafen, es waren ausreichend Kissen vorhanden und die Klimaanlage ließ sich problemlos ein und ausschalten.

Ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo. Arredamenti ricercati di buon gusto.

Cons:

Stanza piccola ma in linea con Londra, consigliata per brevi periodi. Impossibilità di aprire le finestre e potrebbe risultare fastidioso a lungo andare.
