A cozy hotel and a great place to stay in Locarno
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent and the room is on the small side but really clean and nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and in particular, the receptionist was also extremely helpful in sorting out the parking as well as recommending an excellent restaurant for dinner. Excellent breakfast selection. The photo does not do it justice because it was taken at the end of the breakfast time!

Cons:

Nothing. The double bed could have been slightly larger but it may be the size that would fit in the room.Perhaps the larger rooms have bigger beds. We had the last room available so we can't really complain about it. My husband and I are on the slim side but we are
used to king size beds.

The room we were given was extremely small. Barely big enough to move around the bed. It was Room #1 — I would try to avoid that particular room - unless all rooms are similar.

Beautiful boutique hotel, close to ferry, bus and train with excellent staff and breakfast.
Pros:

Property was across the street from the lake and ferry. Very short walk to a bus stop. The train station was a few minute walk.
We did the breakfast included option. Food was delicious and staff was excellent. No complaints!

Pros:

Wir waren im Penthouse, Wohnung liegt direkt am See. Nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal . Sehr gutes Frühstück, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem war es ein beeindruckender Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Der Mail Kontakt war sehr freundlich und beim Check-in wurden wir auch sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen.
Es hat einen Lift und auch sonst ist das Hotel sehr schön eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer (Frank Sinatra) war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr edel und sauber. Die Stühle auf dem kleinen Balkon sind nicht ganz meins, aber der Balkon ansich war mit ein Highlight des Zimmers.
Das Frühstück war reichlich an Auswahl und sehr lecker.
Merci für die schöne Unterkunft an super Lage.

Cons:

Da muss man nicht lang überlegen. Alles war 100% zufriedenstellend.
