L'emplacement et l'accueil par le personnel très compétent et parlant plusieurs langues.
Un fantastique choix pour le petit déjeuner et une fois encore un personnel aimable et compétent

Cons:

Principalement le mauvais temps mais plus sérieusement le manque de place dans la sale de bains
La taxe touristique qui vient au moment du check out est ma fois assez déplacée quand on passe 24 heures au Tessin

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels liegt wirklich hervorragend zwischen See und der Altstadt von Locarno. Ausserdem war das Frühstück reichhaltig mit Früchten, Brot und Aufstrich. Das Hotel eignet sich somit hervorragend, um einige Tage zu bleiben.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale proprio davanti all'imbarcadero di Locarno (la nostra camera aveva vista lago e terrazzino). Edificio d'epoca ben ristrutturato. Colazione ricca ed eccellente, molto ben servita. Camera ampia per un hotel di quella categoria e dotata di tutti i comfort di base, silenziosa a finestre chiuse nonostante si trovi sul lungolago. Pulizia perfetta. Staff gentile ed efficiente. Per un 3 stelle è una struttura eccezionale.

Cons:

Non ho trovato nulla di negativo.

Personál veľmi milý a nápomocný, hotel veľmi dobre vybavený, poloha hotela veľmi dobrá, na skok od vlakovej stanice, ale dobre odhlučnené, raňajky boli pestré, chutné, ak budeme mať cestu do Locarna, radi sa tu ubytujeme opäť.

Kleines aber herziges Hotel, sehr zentral und schön gelegen, kommen gerne wieder !
Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und über alles informiert. Das Zimmer hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und hat eine super Aussicht auf den See, es ist perfekt und Zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück hatte alles was es braucht. Wir können dieses gut geführte Hotel sehr empfehlen.

eigentlich nichts, war alles tip top !
