Hôtel au bord du lac, très bien situé par rapport au centre de Locarno, aux restaurants et aux transports en commun. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel, petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais et locaux. On a apprécié le côté petit et familial de cet hôtel ! Ici, pas de hall immense ni de personnel indifférent, juste une atmosphère intime et accueillante, comme dans une belle chambre d'hôtes. Un vrai coup de cœur pour ceux qui fuient les grands hôtels sans âme.
