The staff was great, the facilities were frankly quite poor.

The staff was kind and checkin and checkout were seamless. No issues at all.

Cons:

The room was stuffy and the A/C just didn't work. The button fell in my hand while trying to set it up and we just couldn't get any temperature change. We were excessively warm for the entire night. The shower didn't have a shelf or anything to put down the gel/shampoo, which was very inconvenient. The elevator didn't work either in the morning, so I had to carry my quite heavy luggage down the stairs.

O pequeno-almoço é bom e a funcionária é cuidadosa.

Cons:

O estabelecimento apresenta infra-estruturas débeis, com pouca manutenção. Fiquei hospedado inicialmente num quarto que tinha o tampo da sanita partido, entrei em contacto com a receção e as funcionárias não sabiam lidar com a situação, fui incumbido a solicitar mudança de quarto. Espanto, quando nesse outro quarto tinha a porta da casa de banho partida que não me permitia fechar e o blackout também ele danificado. Fui obrigado a usufruir da casa de banho sem blackout, sem privacidade, virado para a rua.

Pros:

Overall, I would say it offers great value for money in an unbeatable location in Torres Vedras. Don’t expect a luxury experience, but if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, central, and affordable to stay in Torres Vedras, then I cannot recommend this place enough.

Cons:

Soundproofing could definitely be improved, as we could clearly hear noise from the adjoining rooms as well as from the floor above. The bathroom would also benefit from some refurbishment in the near future.

Hotel in pieno centro della città, davanti alla piazza principale. Può essere che il GPS vi fa arrivare in senso contrario, ma alla fine si capisce come entrare nella piazza. Consiglio di prenotare in anticipo, e tramite l'hotel, un posto auto nel parcheggio pubblico a 50mt. Costo 12,50 euro x 24h. Il personale è stato molto gentile ed accogliente. Stanza grande e spaziosa, anche se non più tanto nuova. Colazione completa di tutto. Wifi ok.

Cons:

Sembra incredibile, ma non mi è mai successo di notare la mancanza di prese della corrente vicino al letto. In una stanza tanto grande le trovi solo in bagno e vicino al televisore.
A mio parere l'aria condizionata non funziona, il termostato era a 17 gradi e l'aria non era fresca. Rivedibile!
