Clean comfortable. Great value. Older but up to date
I was very pleasantly surprised! The motel was lovely, the room was really clean and comfortable. The bathroom felt newly renovated, it was really nice and really clean. Breakfast being included was lovely, it was simple but good. There were also snacks and things like dried noodles you could buy in the reception which was good. Having a TV, fridge and kettle in the room was nice. Very spacious rooms actually as well. Location was ok, it was easy to get to by car. You couldn't really walk into Sudbury but we didn't mind this. We thought the road noise would be a problem for sleeping but it wasn't at all. Staff really friendly.

La propreté remarquable, les équipements dans la chambre, l'accueil chaleureux, le petit déjeuner et le fait de ne pas entendre kes bruits de la route passante de l'intérieur. Il y avait un bon éclairage pour lire au lit. Notre chambre était rénovée.
Le lit confortable mais un peu dur et l'air climatisé tout près du lit. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre et c'était bien. Mais j'y retournerais sans hésiter!!!
Location and clean
Air conditioning was very loud but thankfully it was cool enough to be able to sleep without it running. The floor fan helped ☺️

Nothing really.
I marked down one section to bring to attention some fixes. Ie. Kitchen faucet needed tightening under sink. One laundry washer needed coin-op to be fixed.
On that, maybe install a debit card tap.
All that is really a minor, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The wifi was good. The staff person was courteous and helpful. For us, the location was perfect because we wanted to be close to the eastern end of the city and to the highway, but it's not near anything interesting in the city, and not walking distance to a grocery store or anything like that.
The TV didn't work. Just wanted to relax in the evening with some TV and it didn't work. The staff person came to the room and "reset" it, so the selections were available, but everything we selected kept freezing and pausing. Whatever service they're using doesn't work very well, or maybe it was just the TV in our room. That was the only problem, but it shouldn't be that hard to have a working TV.
A very clean and comfortable motel. I liked that I could park directly outside my room which made loading and unloading of luggage very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the heating/cooling wall mounted unit was easy to operate and worked very quickly. The bathroom (on the small size) was still perfect for my use. I like that it had a walk in shower. The entire room was clean and looked like it might have been redone. Check in was quick and friendly (and early). Definitely a place to return to on my trip to Sudbury
I was concerned about the location as it is sitting directly on the Kingsway (Trans Canada Highway) but the noise was minimal later in the evening.

Motel is older, but has been upgraded and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. EV chargers worked and were not expensive.
