Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß. Wir waren zu zweit untergebracht und hatten zwei Schrankbetten, die mit einem Spalt voneinander getrennt standen – abgesehen davon war das Zimmer in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es gab ein Missverständnis bezüglich der erlaubten Haustiere. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass Hunde in der Sommersaison erlaubt sind, im Winter jedoch nicht. Aufgrund dieses Missverständnisses wurden wir äußerst miserabel behandelt. Der Umgangston war unfreundlich, es wurde keinerlei Lösungsorientierung gezeigt und uns wurde stattdessen ein schlechtes Gewissen gemacht.
Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich dieser Vorfall ausgerechnet an Heiligabend ereignet hat und wir letztlich aus der Unterkunft verwiesen wurden. In dieser Situation hätten wir zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Verständnis und Menschlichkeit erwartet.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr unherzlich und respektlos behandelt gefühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen und können sie aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.
