Good location and reasonable pricing
Pros:

The hotel has a small buffet type breakfast where you can get a good breakfast. Even when it's full you can always wait a little until more food and variety is served.

The hotel is located in East-Center Leipzig which is known for its cultural variety and alternative environment. City center and HBF is around a 20 minute walk but you there are some trams to make the trip shorter. Also, close to the hotel are many parks where you can relax or enjoy some wilderness. Also, it has many restaurants near where you can enjoy a late dinner.

Cons:

This was a mix of personal circumstances and sheer bad luck when I go to Germany. Connectivity was bad during my stay. My roaming didn't work and travel e-sim only worked for 24 hours. Also, during the second night there were issues with hotel Internet connectivity.
