Ich komme nicht noch einmal wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls in Ordnung und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich. Wer einen Parkplatz im Hof benötigt, kann diesen für 10 Euro pro Tag (12 Euro für Elektroautos) zusätzlich mieten.

Cons:

Leider wurde ich bereits beim Check-in darüber informiert, dass es Probleme mit dem kostenfreien WLAN gibt. Da ich vier Übernachtungen gebucht hatte, hoffte ich auf eine zeitnahe Lösung. Tatsächlich konnte ich das WLAN während meines gesamten Aufenthalts jedoch nicht störungsfrei nutzen. Ein am Abend bei Netflix gestarteter Download war am nächsten Morgen erst zu 74 % abgeschlossen. Zum Vergleich: In einem Café in der Leipziger Innenstadt konnte ich innerhalb von etwa 20 Minuten zwei komplette Filme für die spätere Offline-Nutzung herunterladen.

Wer auf eine stabile Internetverbindung für berufliche Zwecke angewiesen ist oder abends Filme streamen beziehungsweise herunterladen möchte, sollte dies bei der Hotelwahl berücksichtigen und sich gegebenenfalls nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass auf meine schriftliche E-Mail-Beschwerde am zweiten Aufenthaltstag keinerlei Reaktion erfolgte.

Die Umgebung des Hotels mit ihren zahlreichen orientalischen Geschäften erinnerte mich stark an Berlin-Neukölln. Wie dies empfunden wird, ist natürlich Geschmackssache.

Insgesamt hat mich der Umgang mit dem WLAN-Problem und meiner Beschwerde sehr geärgert. Aus diesem Grund werde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Top für Job
Pros:

Bietet alles für einen kurzen, aber auch längeren Aufenthalt. Restaurant auch prima. Wer persich/türkische Küche mag, findet alles auf der Eisenbahnstr. Inkl. guter ÖNPV Angebot. Frühstück ist prima, nur nicht zu spät kommen
