Staff estremamente accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato con la prenotazione per il volo in mongolfiera. Colazione ottima, estremamente varia e abbondante, anche con molti prodotti locali/tipici. Bella terrazza da cui si gode una discreta vista su Goreme. Il parcheggio è gratuito in strada: in alta stagione potrebbe essere affollato, ma a maggio non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Situato in buona posizione, camera e bagno comodi, colazione super.
Due soli appunti: quando si entra in possesso della camera la si trova pulita, durante il soggiorno vengono rifatti i letti ma non viene molto curata la pulizia del resto, infatti a terra, sia in camera che i bagno, trovavamo poco pulito.

Pulizia durante il soggiorno.
Servirebbe un pò più di illuminazione.

Pros:

Super locatie in het centrum. Fijne kamer, al was deze wel klein en kon je niet 2 koffers kwijt. vriendelijke eigenaar erg hulpvaardig. Ontbijt is lekker.

Cons:

Ontbijten kan pas vanaf 8.30. Dat is vooral op deze locatie erg laat omdat je er al vroeg uit bent ivm luchtballonvaart of luchtballonnen kijken vanaf de heuvel.

Hermoso lugar la ciudad, hotel recomendable por la calidez de su personal
Pros:

La atención de su personal. Okan (Gerente) fue extremadamente amable y nos ayudó muchísimo.

Cons:

Si bien rentamos un cuarto familiar, su tamaño era muy muy chico.

Наш отдых здесь был потрясающим. Отель покорил с первых минут — уютный, атмосферный, с особенной теплотой, которая чувствуется в каждой детали. Террасы с красивыми видами. В шаговой доступности от смотровой площадки, рядом очень много ресторанов/кафе и магазинов. Завтраки вкусные. Отдельно хочется сказать про хозяина отеля господина Окана — очень внимательный, доброжелательный и искренний. Всегда был на связи, помог организовать незабываемый тур на воздушных шарах и без лишних хлопот устроил трансфер в аэропорт. Благодаря ему все прошло идеально и очень удобно. Каппадокия заняла особое место в моём списке любимых направлений♥️

Premuroso e attento
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, il ragazzo della reception che poi è il titolare è stato davvero gentile e carino e ci ha aiutato in tutto nel modo più dolce possibile, ha organizza tutto lui nel modo più professionale possibile. La colazione pazzesca, in più avendoli chiesto dove potevamo trovare il borek( piatto tipico turco) sua mamma che si occupa della colazione ci l’ha fatto trovare per due mattine di seguito ( l’ha fatto apposta per noi) ci siamo sentiti coccolati in tutto. Consiglio vivamente questo posto .

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil, c'était très propre. Bien placé, dans le centre pour commencer les randonnées autour de Goreme et pour voir les montgolfière au matin sur la terrasse. Les serviettes étaient changées chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner était EXCEPTIONNEL!
