The staff were exceptional, super friendly and helpful!
The rooms were squeaky clean.

Cons:

The building is quiet old, therefore our room had a fair bit of a musty smell to it when you first enter. Not pleasant. However it was squeaky clean, walls were painted perfectly, no mold anywhere, the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen (5 star quality cleaning).

Slept just the 1 night but it was comfortable for the night.
Pros:

It was a nice big room slept 4 of us comfortably, also has a microwave and fridge.

Cons:

Only thing that could’ve been better was the price.

Room was very small ,only suitable for single bed , place was filthy window had bird crap on it bathroom mirror too high ,wardrobe closet doors couldn't open ,as bed too wide ,only single side drawer supplied teacups were very small ,generally the hotel very run down ,poorly maintained very disappointed, photos were misleading....and tariff of $760 was a ip off ! Never again at the Tower Hotel ....considering posting photos i took on Social Media.

Pros:

Check in was very easy. Parking out back was great.

Cons:

The place was a bit run down. using the jug meant power cables dangling all over the place. I was worried about the hot jug tipping over. The view from our room was of a brick wall, but we didn't mind for one night.

Comfortable, great location to the city and a clean,tidy and secure stay.
Pros:

The receptionist was polite and courteous, and helpful, as when we made the booking online prior to our stay, the website we booked through changed the specific date we required the accommodation booking. On the night of arrival, the receptionist assisted me promptly and very luckily for us, one room was available for that night. A very close call, as we could have been in quite a situation had he been unable to book us in for that night. The overall feel of the building was good, good security inside and outside of the building and car park; basic amenities in the rooms, clean and tidy.

Cons:

I would have preferred not to have been required to pay an additional amount for our stay, however, that was unrelated to the motel, in as far as I didn't pick up on the incorrect date of the confirmed booking,myself, and Booking.Com's booking system had not locked in the specified date as I had selected.
