Decent priced, but don't expect anything to be new or updated. The only thing I can give an APlis for was the staff.
Pros:

The room size was lovely, I think we were upgraded which was wonderful. It's a very old building which is great for people like me who love that type of hotel. Not great for the 'damp' smell.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like sewage. Mild a lot of the time but every now and then it was REALLY bad. Advised front desk upon our departure.

Pros:

It was walking distance to shops, Hotels, food venue's. It had a Japanese restaurant there which was great, it was $40 all you can eat. I needed to find gluten free venue's and that was so easy.

Go To Value Hotel
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times now; always been a good stay! The rooms are always clean, the staff are always friendly and a good choice when I need a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay!
Close to the train station and super easy to get to and from

Cons:

Unfortunately the fan in our bathroom didn't work and I would have liked some extra pillows on the bed; but these weren't detrimental to our stay!

Comfortable, could have been cleaner
Pros:

Great location, staff were friendly at check in/out, room was comfortable and warm, shower was hot, all I needed really

Cons:

The room could do with a really good clean, common surfaces like handles, light switches, bench surfaces, drawers, window sills & curtains were dirty & I had to be mindful to wash my hands after touching any of it. The cushions & blanket were also dirty so I couldn't use any of that

Decent about cautious stay

Junkies and Druggies are in the area. Need to cautious during night.
