A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?

El desayuno estaba incluido. Al llegar nos dijern que no lo estaba, que el bollo continental eran 3,50€. Desayunamos en Pancorbo.mejor. Se aprovechan de que es un hotel de zona de paso para comerciales etc, y la gente no repite.

Je recommande on est très bien l'hôtel est propre. La chambre est propre et les sanitaires aussi. Je connais cette hôtel depuis des années il est très bien très bon rapport qualité prix.

chambre propre, personnel accueillant et souriant. Par contre, à l'arrivée, problème semble-t-il entre le prix réglé
à Hotel.com et le prix demandé par l'hôtel. La réception a conservé ma confirmation de réservation papier, a appelé
à 2 reprises son patron au tél, et m'a enfin attribué une chambre. Par contre, comportement du patron à revoir : il était sur place le soir, pas bonjour, pas un mot de politesse ou de bienvenue, et fait choquant : un seul menu affiché à 12,50 euros à notre arrivée et jusqu'à 20 heures, mais changé à 16,50 euros une fois installés à la table du restaurant ! le lendemain matin à 8h, personne
à la reception, bar et restaurant fermés, nous n'avons pas
pu prendre notre petit déj pourtant inclus dans le prix. Nous avons laissé 7 euros avec la clé de la chambre pour le chien, nous ne pouvions attendre plus longtemps.
