Cons:

Waren schon öfters im Hotel Franz, hatten aber immer Gartenblick, aber dieses Mal leider ein Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Straße. Wir schlafen nicht gerne bei laufender Klimaanlage und haben im Sommer in der Nacht gerne das Fenster offen. Das war aufgrund des Straßenlärms leider nicht möglich…

Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage.
Pros:

Wir kannten das Hotel und haben deshalb wieder dort gebucht, weil wir sehr zufrieden waren. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Es ist in punkto Komfort, Frühstück und Freundlichkeit sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Es gibt aus meiner Sicht nichts zu bemängeln. Wir werden immer wieder gerne im Hotel Franz buchen, wenn wir in diese Gegend reisen. Wenn man einmal das Auto nicht nutzen möchte, sind die Busverbindungen sehr sehr gut. Die Busse sind sauber, pünktlich und das Verkehrsnetz ist sehr gut ausgebaut.

Luxus zu fairem Preis
Pros:

Es gibt am Hotel Franz von der Freundlichkeit des Personals bis zur Ausstattung und dem wunderbaren, richtig beschwimmbaren Pool nichts auszusetzen. Am besten war aber das Frühstücksbuffet. Nicht nur, weil es mit allem bestückt war, was man sich so wünschen kann. Es war alles auch sehr sinnig angeordnet, so dass man alles, was zueinander gehört, auch gleich gefunden hat. (Es gibt Hotels, da findet man zwar das Müsli, muss aber lange nach den Schalen dazu suchen, z.B.)

Cons:

Das Hotel führt zu Recht vier Sterne, versprüht von der Fassade, dem Design innen und der ganzen Ausstattung her aber eher den Charme eines Business Hotels als einer Urlaubs-Wohlfühloase. Sehr kühl.

Staff molto accogliente, gentile, attento e pronto a darti consigli su cose da vedere: un ringraziamento speciale va a Sonia della reception (molto gentile e disponibile nel darci info sui luoghi caratteristici, con pochi turisti, da visitare).
Colazione: uova strapazzate eccezionali, le migliori in assoluto fra tutti i viaggi fatti fino ad ora.
Cena: molto apprezzati i piatti regionali. Piatti curati e mai sovrabbondanti. Vasta scelta di vini regionali e non.
Personale di sala sia per colazione che per cena gentilissimo ed attento. Apprezzato il sommelier che aiutava nell'abbinamento dei vini e spiegava la provenienza del prodotto.
SPA piccola ma accogliente: un gioiellino, soprattutto se si è soli.
Stanza: molto confortevole, con tanti punti di appoggio e pulita. Cambio asciugamani ogni giorno e cambio lenzuola (senza averlo richiesto) molto molto apprezzato.
Da consigliare assolutamente.

Fast Alles top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das aufmerksame Personal.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Besonders gefreut hat mich die Auswahl an glutenfreien Produkten und die Bio-Tees.
Sobald man den Frühstücksraum betritt wird man von freundlichem Personal begrüßt und nach seinen Getränkewünschen gefragt. Prompt steht alles auf dem Tisch.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und hat viele Sprünge in der Glasur.
Auch die Teppiche auf den Stufen und in den Gängen sind nicht mehr einladend und zeitgemäß.

Posizione perfetta per visitare le attrazioni della zona e per tappa in Slovenia. Ottima la pulizia e lo stato della stanza, letti comodissimi. Personale professionale e molto disponibile. Piscina grande e ben tenuta, ottimo il servizio bar. Non ho usufruito della colazione e della cena in quanto ero in visita da conoscenti in zona. Comodissimo l'ampio parcheggio interno. Rapporto qualità prezzo tra i migliori nella zona.

Struttura a 10 min dall’aereoporto,personale gentilissimo,sono stati una coccola per il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo prenotato con la mezza pensione e abbiamo mangiato benissimo.La stanza in principio matrimoniale di proporzioni giuste pulita…poi l abbiamo sostituita con una tripla perché ci ha raggiunto nostro figlio e abbiamo ricevuto una bellissima stanza molto comoda.Per la piscina ci fornivano gli asciugamani gratuitamente.Colazione varia.Sara’ il nostro punto di riferimento per altri viaggi per visitare la zona.
