Pros:

Loved all the new renovations, tidy and well set. Loved the bathroom and private spa. Convenience to the city centre can't be beat.

Cons:

Sound from the eat-street karaoke bars got through quite a bit at night. And the parking situation is a bit tough. Admittedly we stayed over a very busy period where there were events on. When coming back at the end of the day we had to park a good 5-10min away and move the car again in the morning.

Fabulous
Pros:

Great central location. High quality fit out and a bit different to standard hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always stay at the Regent when in Rotorua

Overall a pleasant stay in a clean hotel. I would have prefer the pool to open a bit early.
Pros:

Really clean and nice, staff was super helpful. My room was upstairs and the staff made an effort to help me carry my suitcase upstairs

Cons:

The hotel is near a pub, the pub went on with loud music till very late. It was hard to fall asleep.

Very enjoyable and would visit again although the price was certainly up there.
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast options.

Cons:

Had to ask housekeeping to vacuum the floor on our second day. Should have been done as part of the housekeeping.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location close to eat Streat. Comfy bed and lovely big bathroom.

Would not stay there again. Regardless of location

Close to where we needed to be

Cons:

We did not get the room we booked. The room we were taken to looked lovely but did not have the balcony we had booked. So they moved us to a room with a public walkway and called that a balcony. The room was also dirty. The glass tables were smeared with grease and dust and the window sills were full of dead sand flies.

Muy buen hotel en Rotorua
Pros:

El hotel en general y las habitaciones. Muy buena ubicación. El trato de un Sr. Diego en Recepción de la tarde. Muy amable y de gran ayuda en habla hispana.

Cons:

Al llegar no había Internet en la habitación. Luego, el Sr. Diego de Recepción la habilitó y no hubo más problema.
