Muy buen hotel en Rotorua
Pros:

El hotel en general y las habitaciones. Muy buena ubicación. El trato de un Sr. Diego en Recepción de la tarde. Muy amable y de gran ayuda en habla hispana.

Cons:

Al llegar no había Internet en la habitación. Luego, el Sr. Diego de Recepción la habilitó y no hubo más problema.

Excellent facilities and we will have no hesitation to book there again.
Pros:

Location was excellent as it was close to most places we needed. They were also able to give us a slightly later check out which was fabulous.

Cons:

I guess the expectation was that guests would use the restaurant as there was no toaster in the room which we would have liked.

Pros:

How clean & comfortable it was. Walking distance from eat streat and the city centre. The staff were absolutely lovely. It was relaxing. The bed was 10/10! It met all our expectations and will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay - bed was amazing.
Pros:

Beautiful room - location of this hotel is close to the Main Street and lake.

Cons:

We left the window open during the night and the room was infested with insects in the morning. Not sure if this can be helped though.
