Sleepless night next to night club. Nice otherwise.

Good quality room-nice if small thermal pool and cold pool

Cons:

Right next door to a night club so didn’t sleep a wink hence our low score-check location of your room-don’t back on to the eat street

Boutique hotel Rotorua was a nice place to stay. In hotel restaurant was very good and unexpected.
Pros:

The hotel provided a larger room for my kids who were traveling with little ones and needed more room in the bedroom for the extra rollaway and crib. Nice bonus. The location is very convenient to restaurants. I had a one bedroom suite; it was super nice and roomy.

Cons:

Parking is extremely limited on the property, so you have to park on street and you might not get one close by.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely walk to Eat Street, Lake Rotorua and great coffee shops on Fenton. Private parking included and easy access to highway for geothermal activities and redwood forest walk. Especially loved the on site mineral pool! The concierge was very helpful. My choice when visiting and returning to Rotorua. It was a very relaxed vibe and perfect room amenities. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very comfortable rooms and great location.
Pros:

The location was great - easy walks to the lake and restaurants. Hotel parking is limited so be prepared to park on the street. The accommodations were very comfortable, especially the beds and in-room AC controls. The staff was terrific and very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for many hours after checkout.

I would not stay here again or recommend it.
Pros:

room was off the main street now near amenities of the hotel, down a dirty hallway.

Cons:

bed sheets were too big for the bed made for very wrinkled bottom sheets which meant a bad night's sleep.
No window you could look out of.
No shower cap replaced for second night.

Perfect in Rotorua
Pros:

The location is excellent. All staff encounters were very friendly especially when we had to use the night staff buzzer to get into our room at approximately 12:30am after leaving my bag behind at a venue where we had attended a wedding (30mins out of town) we felt bad but were made to feel like it wasn’t an issue thankfully.
The room was comfortable and the shower was great. We would recommend and happily stay again.

Gut gelegenes , sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Vieles kann man zu Fuss erreichen.
Gute Matratzen und ein grosses Bad mit Doppellavabo.
Sehr ruhig gelegen und Parkplätze rundherum. Auf dem Hotelparkplatz hatten wir keine Chance.

Cons:

Um die Duschtücher aufzuhängen, wäre ein paar Hacken mehr sehr praktisch .
