Gut gelegenes , sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Vieles kann man zu Fuss erreichen.
Gute Matratzen und ein grosses Bad mit Doppellavabo.
Sehr ruhig gelegen und Parkplätze rundherum. Auf dem Hotelparkplatz hatten wir keine Chance.

Cons:

Um die Duschtücher aufzuhängen, wäre ein paar Hacken mehr sehr praktisch .

Everything about the hotel met or exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic at accommodating our needs when we needed to change dates. We ended up with a far superior room - the 3 bedroom apartment - than the two hotel rooms we'd initially selected, for around the same price.
The whole place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was a perfect temperature.
I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rotorua.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like about the Regent.

It was clean and easily accessible. The bed was real comfortable and there were plates, cups etc to make light snacks in our room. Staff were courteous and professional.

We had an extremely comfortable and pleasant two night stay.
Pros:

Central location. Easy check in. Very quiet. Very clean and looks like it has recently been renovated - very neat and tidy.

Loved the indoor thermal pool on a rainy afternoon. Great restaurant for dinner with a lovely friendly waitress and delicious food.

Room was very well equipped. Complimentary robes to use coming and going from the mineral pools. Cocktails were cheaper at the bar/restaurant that other eateries around location. Location was excellent! Shops and bars within walking distance if you didn't want to dine at the in-house restaurant.... but I recommend you do dine in. Staff were very pleasant and make you feel right at home.

Pros:

Room was like we were put in the back had stairs to climb up no elevator had to walk bags up noisy from street toilet got blocked they unblocked the toilet but didn't clean it not a very good experience there staff friendly outside area wet not nice to walk on feels unsafe won't be going back there for how much it cost for 2 nights nothing special at this hotel
