The hotel's location is great.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked 3 nights but decided to leave after only 2 because of the many problems I experienced.
When making my reservation, I specifically requested a quiet, non-smoking room. However, the room I was given was on the ground floor, right next to the reception desk, and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I spoke to the manager, she tried to justify it by saying that I had booked an Economy room and that these were the conditions. This was never mentioned in the room description. After insisting, I was finally moved to another room.
At around 11:50 p.m. that same evening, the electricity in the second room went out and could not be restored. The staff told me that this room was known to have electrical problems due to recurring short circuits. At midnight, I had to move to yet another room.
The third room was even worse. It was full of cockroaches and did not even have basic amenities such as hand soap.
I was assured that I would receive a partial refund because of all the inconvenience. It has now been over a week, and I have neither received the refund nor any response from the hotel.
I cannot recommend this hotel. The conditions were unacceptable, the handling of the situation was unprofessional, and the promised compensation has not been honored.

В готелі дуже чисто та охайно. Дуже привітний персонал та надзвичайно смачні сніданки.
Дуже зручне розташування біля великого торгівельного центру. До акропорта їхати хвилин 15-20. В номері достатньо місця, зручне ліжко, велика ванна кімната з усією необхідною косметикою. У нас був включений сніданок, але ми виїжджали з готелю о 4 ранку на ранковий рейс в акропорт, тож працівник готелю підготував нам пакети з бутербродами, йогуртом та фруктами в дорогу.
Наш номер знаходився на -1 поверсі, тож довелося з валізою спускатися, а потім підійматися сходами. Але працівник запропонував допомогу з багажем.
Красиво, чисто, гарна ідея з інтер'єром. Близьке розташування до торговельного центру де можна обрати місце для обіду та ужина. В мене був номер з балконом, дуже зручно.
Немає того, що не сподобалось.

В отеле очень чисто ,приветливый персонал,помогали советом и вызывали такси,Интерьер стильный интересный, У нас был огромный номер,состоящий из двух комнат,спальня и лмвинг,огромная ванная комната, биде ,туалет,,душ,терасса с племенной мебелью.В номере чайник,чай кофе,и молдавскик конфетки.Рядом торговый центр Malldova, рядом остановки общественного транспорта,можно быстро добраться куда угодно.А завтраки в отеле,это вообще отдельная история.Так вкусно!!!разнообразно,сырники волшебные,плачинты,мам,закуски с селёдкой на чёрном хлебушке,овощи на гриле,печёные яблоки,повар кудесник.За завтраки отдельное спасибо!!!!!
