IT WAS IN STEPS OF ANYTHING I WANTED
Staff and location
Location was amazing and really quiet even though we were on the main street
Nothing
The front desk girl was the best ever, great recommendations and awesome vibe! I would come back for her sake alone
Your staff went above and beyond and we're so helpful even before we even arrived . Helping us out over the phone making sure everything was in hand . The location was perfect. Rooms were perfect and there is absolutely nothing negative we have to say at all.
Great location.
On first impression when we walked into the room there was a terrible smell and we noticed the window was held open with an empty water bottle, then when removing the bottle we saw a HUGH disgusting clump of black hair on the floor, there was also packaging from giftshops left behind from previous guests. Later that night upon our return we could hear very loud talking from the room directly behind our bed, after an hour I had to get the night porter who knocked and could not get a reply, we discovered it was the TV. The porter had to cut the electricity to the room to turn it off, surely there would be a concern for the wellbeing of the guest not being able to answer, perhaps they were ill. Anyway a couple of hours later the TV started up again and twice after that I had to go down 4 floors to report to the porter who again cut the electricity. In the morning we discovered there was only one bath towel which absolutely stank, the shower gel was empty and the shower curtain was hard to keep closed as 3 rings were missing. Upon checking out we brought the issues to the attention of the girl at reception, she played no attention, no apology and just said email management. Galway has some fantastic hotels, this one does not deserve your custom.
