We had a fab trip to Galway and hope to be back again soon.
Pros:

It was very central in the city centre, near lots of shops and restaurants, not far from the train/bus station. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, giving us water n tea or coffee any time we needed it.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise from the outside but that’s to be expected as we were so central in the city. Once the balcony door n windows were closed you couldn’t hear very much.

The location was prime in the heart of Galway! Staff were exceptional and very clean rooms!

Cons:

Parking is a challenge as it is a very tiny garage (the Spanish Arch) and actually finding the hotel on the street because maps doesn't actually lead you there it leads you to the Leonardo. They need to better assist with location although the girl was young who was at the counter and maybe didn't know how to help. They should explain that it is literally tucked between the restaurant and another business...so a tiny plaque and door you are doing into.

J’ai bien aimé l’endroit.

Tres bien situé, joli endroit, tres non accueil.

Cons:

On entend vraiment bien la musique du pub en dessous alors ce n’est pas du tout un endroit calme.
Mais ca ne nous a pas dérangé.
