Great Hotel! Great service! Staff was very accomodating.
Kiran at the pool was amazing!
Hotel was very nice and had nice facilities and gym was very nice. Especially the instructor, Mr. Mitesh was very helpful during workout.
Everything great ambiance service
Kiram was providing great service at the pool. Always helpful being the same time very nice
Staff were wonderful - so many to mention & unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names. A lovely lady who organised the hoil event was very welcoming & certainly an asset to the company - I think her name is MS. Front desk staff also very helpful.
Thanks for being so kind esp in a stressful situation with the flight delays.

Kiran is amazing and very helpful! Constantly getting us water and checking if we needed anything! Great guy and beautiful well kept pool! Thanks very much 🙏🏼
The hotel is a super luxurious 5 star hotel, in my opinion. The room was incredible - huge - with a wonderful floor to ceiling picture window. The bed was super comfortable and huge. The staff were all amazing - super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was gorgeous - I would struggle to imagine a better one.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn International Airport Mumbai last month for two nights on a business trip, and while the property has some good facilities, my overall experience was disappointing and not what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.
A few days before my stay, I had emailed the hotel to inform them that I have celiac disease and required help from a chef to ensure safe, gluten-free meals. I even attached my dining card and requested that someone from the culinary team contact me in advance.
Unfortunately, no one ever did. During my stay, no one followed up or checked in about my needs either. When I finally went for breakfast on the last day, the staff and chef on duty were completely unaware. The chef tried to help by preparing a plain ghee dosa and some eggs, which I appreciated, but it felt too late to make up for the lack of preparation.
Even apart from my specific needs, the **breakfast buffet itself felt very basic** and below the standard expected of a five-star property. I was surprised to see **canned fruit juices** instead of fresh ones, and overall the spread looked average. My colleague, who did eat from the buffet both mornings, also felt the same — that the food quality and variety were more in line with a four-star or business hotel, not a premium property.
The room experience had issues too. There was a **mosquito** in my room, which made it impossible to nap. The dark carpet made it hard to spot or remove it, and even after housekeeping tried to help, the problem persisted. They offered an alternate room, but that one had an odd pungent smell, so I stayed put. They did provide mosquito patches, which was thoughtful, but such problems shouldn’t occur in the first place.
There were also **maintenance lapses** — the iron in my room had a completely burnt ceramic plate, which I realized only when it left marks on my dress. To their credit, housekeeping replaced it quickly and offered complimentary laundry, but it still shouldn’t happen in a room that’s ready for guests.
The rooftop pool area deserves mention because it has great potential — it’s large (about 25 meters) with a nice deck. However, during my stay, the space was being used for wedding functions, and there’s **no changing room on the same floor**. It was awkward to walk through wedding guests in a swimsuit and towel to get downstairs to change. To make matters worse, I accidentally cut my finger on a sharp wire edge in the pool — a safety issue that really should have been caught and fixed earlier.
Overall, while the rooms are spacious, the décor and fittings feel dated, and the service and coordination just didn’t measure up. With better attention to guest communication, maintenance, and safety checks, this hotel could easily deliver a five-star experience — but right now, it falls short.
Staff were very accommodating and the food was way beyond our expectations.
There was no criticism
Nothing much
Really bad and irresponsible behavior. Threw luggage of my colleague out even after front desk confirmation of his stay extension
Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.
Room was smelling, Tv Remote was not in the room, Bathroom was very bad Maintenance. For this money I expected way more. Never again sorry.
Breakfast
Mitesh at the gym was very pleasant! He had it very clean & organized! Towels, water, and sanitizer. The treadmills are new & run very smoothly. Not to mention the shock absorption flex deck felt great. Thanks Mitesh!
