Wonderful stay
Pros:

Hotel exceeded expectation. Restuarant service and food was outstanding. Really enjoyed the flavours and presentation of authentic Indian food.
Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff were really pleasant and attended to all our needs.

An excellent zym experience with Mitesh
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in holiday in andheri East Mumbai, especially at the gym in with trainer Mitesh. He is extremely well-behaved, flexible, and very supportive throughout the sessions. His stretching techniques are excellent, and he guides you closely with great attention to detail. Mitesh is a charming young trainer with a warm personality and a pleasant smile—he makes you feel welcome from the very first interaction. Truly a great experience training with him!

Cons:

This hotel is undergoing renovation but there is no mention of this when completing the booking. Absolute been nightmare for the whole day time. Can't take a afternoon nap as constant building noise from below the room. Very very dissappointed and not a value for money.

Fijn hotel met hoge prijzen voor de minibar.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk. We hadden het geluk dat ons bezoek samenviel met de viering van het 16 jarig bestaan van dit hotel. We werden uitgenodigd om een glaasje bubbels mee te drinken en enkele snacks te nuttigen.
Het ontbijt is echt fantastisch.

Cons:

We hebben in een weekje India vier verschillende hotels gehad, die vrijwel allemaal hetzelfde boden. We schrokken in dit hotel van de prijzen. Een biertje uit de minibar kost hier EUR 17,00. We betaalden hetzelfde voor de taxi van het hotel naar de luchthaven voor een afstand van drie kilometer. De rit naar het hotel toe van twintig kilometer de dag ervoor had ons EUR 2,25 gekost, wat natuurlijk voor onze begrippen heel laag is, maar wel gebruikelijk in India. Als je de persoon die de koffers naar de kamer brengt in andere hotels een fooi gaf van INR 200,00 (EUR 1,86) was hij de koning te rijk en hier was duidelijk dat onze fooi een fooitje was.

Pros:

Great hotel !!
Good facilities. Loved the rooftop pool. Comfy sunlounges and shade if needed. Maybe room for more beds and brollies when busy.
Pool was kept clean and maintained well.
Kiran is very good at his job.
May be an idea to deter pigeons etc from pool edge by putting fake birds of prey on top of walls etc to scare them away.
We had a late flight and enjoyed being able to use the Changing rooms on floor 7, near the Spa and gym. Towels and shower gel etc were also available to use.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
We both enjoyed our breakfast.
A good selection that was hygienic and well presented.
Staff were attentive to our needs.
We would definitely come back here.
