Pros:

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Holiday Inn, and it was truly an amazing experience. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The buffet spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious and flavorful dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff, food, and overall service were absolutely spot on. A special mention to Grace, who went above and beyond to take care of us and made our celebration even more memorable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and it goes without saying that we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed as check-in was allowed quite late almost 3pm. I was at the hotel by 11am. The service desk said they will try by 1pm but they could only give me around 3pm. Its not a major issue but when you reach after a long travel, you expect a check-in little earlier (something like customer delight)
