Very basic and old
Pros:

The location was good and there was plenty of parking, the lake out the back was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated, decor needs updating, TV wasn't smart and couldn't connect to anything. No water for drinking in room or a kettle. No ice on the floor we stayed. Took a large amount off my credit card and only refunded days after we left. Breakfast was terrible, really bland, tasteless food.

Staff wonderful, hotel spotlessly clean, but let down by breakfast.

The facility, the new hired staff was awesome only there 3 Days. Very good customer service.

I booked the hotel to celebrate my birthday. I was looking for peace and quiet. I was pleased
Pros:

Room was clean, quiet, well stocked, had a view of the lake, tv had good channels, safety lock, ac heat and fan worked, all lights worked, all outlets worked. Property checked in on my stay via text 2-3 times.
Breakfast assortment was well appointed, selection diverse. I don’t drink coffee so would have liked to have hot chocolate available. Juices weee good,
Microwave clean and worked well.

Cons:

Public women’s restroom was not a good experience as I waited to be checked in for my stay. It was smelly
Refrigerator was not very cold.
Apple juice need to be diluted a smidge as it was very sweet/syrupy. Very good taste though.

Overall the guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great, but not having linen for the price I
Pros:

The property was beautiful !! The bed was very cozy and comfortable! However, the sofa bed was very disappointing, it was so uncomfortable for my son, he couldn’t sleep on it because the mattress was paper thin and you could feel all the metal.

Cons:

We couldn’t get extra towels and it was four of us. We only had two wash cloths,2 big towels and two face towels . It was my daughter’s Prom night so this was disappointing because I wanted to do something special by staying here in Atlanta because originally we live in Williamson Georgia
