Pros:

Nous sommes venus entre amis pour le Festival Love Family Park, nous avions 3 chambres.
Chambres spacieuses, ,bien équipées (pour certaines), propres.
Petit-déjeuner au TOP, avec tout ce qu'il fallait, et jusqu'à 11h les WE.
A 15 min a pied du festival.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande.

Cons:

Le jeune réceptionniste avait l'air totalement dépassé lors de notre check-in du samedi pour 2 nuits.
1 chambre sur 3 n'avait pas encore été nettoyé, on aurait pu nous prévenir à la réception plutôt que d'avoir la surprise (nous sommes arrivés vers 15h), retour a la réception.
Nos numéros de chambres n'étaient pas sur la liste du petit-déjeuner dimanche matin, retour a la réception. Venus pour 2 nuits, nos cartes ont été dématérialisé, impossible d'y rentrer dimanche soir, retour a la réception.
Heureusement un réceptionniste plus avertit à tout repris en main.
Mais nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons très certainement.

Because they refuse to give us family room I stayed last year they give me clean room but this time it was totally scammed they the room was not clean very small room and they provided 2 rooms along with family and kids nothing was good I will not stay next time

Avoid at all cost
Pros:

Dirty bed sheets, Bins without bin bags, Bedside lamp damaged, Bath Tub was damaged and not safe to use for kids. Air conditioning was not functional. Reported this to the reception as soon as I checked in, and they promised to send someone to look at it. After 4 visits and even the promise by the duty manager, no one came to look at it.
Absolute disgrace of service by the reception staff and the manager

Personal ist sehr freundlich!!! Zimmer war ausreichend für eine Person!

Cons:

Leider wird keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer bereit gestellt. Gerade bei heißen Wetter.

Cons:

Die Angaben stimmen nicht. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, bekommen haben wir nur ein Einzelbett. Zimmer abgelehnt, Rückerstattung wurde versprochen. An der Rezeption hatten viele das gleiche Problem. Fotos und Beschreibung sind irreführend.

Issues with charging electric car

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having on-site electric vehicle charging. However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed us that there had been an error in the system and that the charging facilities were not available to us. This was particularly confusing, as there were vehicles actively charging at the time. Unfortunately, the lack of access to the advertised charging facilities caused us significant inconvenience during our stay.
